• Osvaldo (10/5): We will comeback . - Was a nice place ,quiet and peaceful .Good location. We enjoyed whit my wife. Wasn't cleanliness .The carpet was dirty ,the shower and baths whit hairs from the last guest suppose. We spoke with the lady who live downstairs about this matter.
• Saja (4/5): Very disappointing considering the price. - I liked the location. Very lovely area. Well, firstly this was not worth the price. 570 for 2 nights is too steep for the room we got. No kitchen sink, I had to use the bathroom sink to wash veges and dishes. Coffee machine did not work, as the pods were too small and the water was dirty coming out. Dishes were dirty. Didn't touch most of them and the 2 mugs we used we washed thoroughly before use. The plates had dried cheese on them. The cups were greasy and had unclean water dried on them. I understand you expect people to clean up after themselves but that's just not okay. You should really be checking that before saying the room is ready for the next visitor, especially since there is no kitchen sink. Considering you advertised kitchette. I expected atleast a kitchen sink. The spa, big part of the room, tap was broken and the tub had dead bugs everywhere in it. The hand written note on the bench explaining the spa tap looks old and not professional by any means. The spa was not even wiped down before we arrived, considering check in was 3pm, I was expecting a clean hotel. Also after being disappointed with the below average cleanliness, there was no way I was going to use the spa. Who knows whats in those jets. The bathroom window was disgusting, I have asthma and the dust and dirt on that window was certainly unsettling. The bathroom fan does not work either. No mention of that anywhere. The communal area smelt pretty stale and bad. Both doors should be opened to allow air flow. Was not a very good first impression when checking in. The belcony doors are very very old. They barely lock. Again, the price does not match quality at all. A little honesty with the amount of issues would be better in my opinion. I wish I could get even a little bit of a refund, I won't be booking here again. I apologize for being so blunt. I don't mean to be rude. But we are both really disappointed with the service we received.
