• Montgomery (5/5): Unfortunately would not recommend this property. - Location, views and pool area Apartment was dirty. Fridge door is broken and fridge dirty. Kitchen sink dirty and have scum build up. Carpet not vacuumed very well. Skirting boards very dusty. Rubbish under both beds and lounge. Mat is lounge room not fitted correctly - is a trip hazard. Had to fix handle on fry pan for safety. The quantity and quality of kitchen crockery and cutlery is poor. No iron provided. Coffee machine - pods not provided and local shops didn’t have them. Needs review of cleaning service.

Les clefs n'était pas dans la bonne box, personne etait joignable avant le lendemain, heureusement nous avons essayé les autres security box pour trouver les clefs de plusieurs appartements. Appartement sale, nous avons du faire le menage et la vaiselle, et laver le lavabo entre autre. Pas de gel douche, pas d'éponge, pas de pile pour la telecomande etc.. les placards sont plein on peut rien mettre dedans. Une équipe de menage qui n'a pas de double de clef, on nous a demandé de revenir et attendre pour le ménage mais on etait dehors et pas le temps dans notre planning. On nous a promis une compensation que nous avons jamais eu. Jai oublié de l'argent dans l'appartement on m'a jamais répondu. Seul positif, la vue et l'emplacement.

• Gemma (1/5): Cancel immediately. Do not book. - Pool, sauna, rec room The place was filthy, sheets not changed, they had marks on them and smelled like someone else. Bathroom had makeup, toothpaste and blood smeared on it, snot on wall, fridge was disgusting, not clean, fridge draws frozen shut, food scarps still in sink, blinds broken. We made management send out a cleaner, they didn't come, we had to arrange another time for the cleaner to arrive, and they were over an hour late. Cleaner was rude, and when changing the sheets, we had to prompt her to ALSO change the pillow cases, they also said they weren't going to clean and we had to talk to someone else. Management continually gave us the run around between the three of them, we have not received any compensation for having an unclean room our entire stay and dirty sheets for 2 days Booking.com did not assist in any way, saying it was up to the management of the accomm to arrange.

The cleanliness of the room was far from good with numerous rubbish deposits under the bed and dust on top of the skirting boards.... the fridge didn't shut correctly, the butter conditioner didn't work

• Rachael (1/5): *DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION* - Not much. These accom providers are scammers. Do not be tricked into thinking you are booking some sky high luxury apartment, as it is the furthest thing from it. All rooms are minuscule and they have fitted it out with the cheapest furnishings they can find. (You can literally touch the floor when you are laying on the bed) The spectacular view is actually the other apartment buildings it faces. There is absolutely no view. We booked it thinking there was a sofa bed and a hot tub in the room (as that is what the advertisement stated) But alas, no where to be found! The place was disgusting. I don't think the walls had been cleaned (..like ever) and there was visible stains on the cushions and hairs in the bed. We were appalled and were traveling with my mother at the time who is quite unwell. It was completely unsuitable and we spoke to the accomodation provider about providing a suitable alternative (that actually, you know, includes the sofa, is clean and has the right amount of beds.) He didn't have another space so told us we needed to stay there. We didn't want to spend our only holiday sleeping on a dirty floor so we departed the accomodation almost immediately after arriving. The accom provider then decided to keep all of our money, offering zero refund. A delightful experience I wouldn't wish on anybody. Booking.com also responded with "we are sorry, there is nothing we can do. It is up to the Accom Provider to refund you" So after years of using this platform, we will not be using it again. For your future reference. If you have made a booking with this accomodation provider or are planning to; the only details the accomodation provider gives you is a phone number and a name (eg. Stellar Stays) There is no link to a legitimate website so I urge you to cancel your booking as soon as you can, as you are likely about to be scammed like we were.

The Parking is not that hard.. there is paid parking option in wilson..just beside the accomodation. Easy access aswell. None.
