• Darkhawk (3/5): Muy mala estancia y experiencia. - Relativamente cerca del alojamiento hay medios de transporte para poder acceder al centro de Milán. Quiero reportar una estancia muy insatisfactoria y solicitar un reembolso total debido a problemas graves de salubridad y seguridad. Durante nuestra estancia en el alojamiento en 13 Via Vittorio Bottego, Milán, encontramos las siguientes incidencias: 1. Problemas de plagas: Se detectaron signos compatibles con insectos (posibles chinches y/o cucarachas), así como picaduras en la piel tras la estancia de las cuatro personas que se alojaron. 2. Condiciones de seguridad inaceptables: Durante la noche, un individuo ajeno al alojamiento accedió al portal del edificio, permaneció aproximadamente 40 minutos gritando y amenazando a las huéspedes, generando una situación de miedo e inseguridad. Luego siguió por el edificio aporreando mas puertas, tuvimos que llamar a la policía que nos atendió muy amablemente y estuvieron haciendo guardia fuera del edificio durante unas horas. 3. Falta de respuesta adecuada: Nos pusimos en contacto de forma inmediata con respecto a los insectos mediante el canal de whatsapp y el alojamiento no proporcionó medidas de protección ni solución ante estas situaciones. Estas condiciones hacen que el alojamiento no sea seguro ni apto para una estancia normal, afectando directamente a la salud y seguridad de los huéspedes. Por todo lo anterior, solicitamos: • Reembolso completo de la reserva • Revisión del alojamiento para evitar que otros huéspedes sufran la misma situación

• Charmaine (6/5): It was a bright clean space. - I used the vikey app at other accommodation as I have been traveling across Europe. This was the first time I had to travel to the agents' offices to complete to vikey app and make payment for the city taxes on the app and then get the video for the entrance of the apartment, was an extra trip. Waste of time. The was no microwave. The hot water in the entire apartment was intermittent.
• Daniel (4/5): Very dirty walls, dishes, walls, sofa, there were kitchen bugs. - Apartment is nicely compartmented, location near subway station, free parking on the street. There are a lot of fruit stores around and COOP at 10 min away. Very dirty walls, dishes, walls, sofa, there were kitchen bugs. I didn't like that they proposed to go into the city center to collect the digital key (a link with code and a link that opened the front gate). Their place in the city center was 40 min away. So back and forth would have been 80 minutes. If I asked about delivery of digital codes/links they agreed.
• Divine (6/5): Appart le punaise de lit et que on devrait attendre 15h pour accéder dans l’appartement et en plus on dois aller cherche - L’appartement il était super . Franchement ça va . Il avais de punaise de lit dans la chambre et en même les temps les draps il était un sale donc bon c’est dommage.
• Jelena (1/5): Katastrofa - Iskreno ništa Sve je bilo loše… Prvo ulazak u smeštaj je poprilično komplikovan jer morate da idete sa puta prvo do ureda pa tek onda u smeštaj a posle napornog puta mislim da je to bezveze. Kada je reč o higijeni iskreno katastrofalno je, smeštaj nije adekvatno očišćen pre našeg boravka, peškiri koji neprijatno mirišu, ženski iskorišćeni ulozak koji je bio u krevetu, takodje puno prasine, sve to na slikama deluje solidno a zapravo je za taj novac vrlo loše… Ništa se to ne bi toliko uzelo u obzir da nije bilo tog uloška i za kraj najgore su bile stenice na dušeku od kreveta koje su vrlo nezgodne, a mi smo na tome spavali u neznanjući da je takva situacija, sve u svemu loše…

• Boglarka (10/5): Barmikor visszaternek. - Kifogastalan volt a szallas! Jol megkozelitheto, minden, ami szamunkra fontos, rendelkezesre allt. Miriam fogadott, mindent elmagyarazott, kedves volt, szimpatikus. Kaptam uzenetet is a szallastol, hogy segitenek ettermet ajanlani es minden masban is.

• Olena (8/5): Our family really enjoyed Milan, and staying in the apartment was very comfortable! - The apartment is in a multi-unit building. The building is tidy, and the entrance is very clean. To get into the building, you need to have your phone with you—the electronic key also unlocks the apartment itself. At first it felt unusual, but later it turned out to be very convenient for my family: no keys in our pockets, you open all the doors with your phone. The only thing is that your phone must always be charged, or you should carry a power bank, because you cannot enter the apartment without it. You can park your car for free along the street right next to the building. We were lucky and parked directly under the windows—you can see the car from the balcony. The apartment has a large comfortable bed and a big pull-out sofa. It’s very warm inside; the heating works well. There is a washing machine and plenty of wardrobe space for clothes. The kitchen has a basic set of utensils for cooking. There are also all the essentials for cleaning—things to sweep or mop the floor if needed. The girl at the office was very friendly, answered all our questions, and explained how to use the key. We also called from the location because we didn’t understand how to open the gate, and the staff member explained everything. There is a metro station very close to the building—no more than a 5-minute walk. Lidl supermarket is about 15 minutes on foot, and there are also bus stops nearby. There are small shops close to the building as well. To pay the surcharge and get the electronic key, we had to go to another address. This was very inconvenient in the evening after a long trip, searching for the office. It would be better to allow full payment online and to receive the electronic key online as well, because we were already very tired. We also didn’t like that one of the blankets had a stain on it, so we didn’t use it. The blankets need to be washed properly! We missed having a microwave to quickly heat something up, as we didn’t have much time for cooking.

• Cristina (1/5): Pessimo - La posizione La casa era davvero sporca. Gli asciugamani sporchi e maleodoranti. Purtroppo il nostro è stato un viaggio per assistere una persona ammalata. La posizione è buona, niente da ridire ma la casa è tenuta malissimo e sporca.i coltelli non tagliavano, stoviglie insufficienti. Tante cose erano rotte. Il lavandino otturato e alla mia osservazione mi è stato detto di stappare con la mano !! Posso postare messaggi e video.
• Julia (6/5): Za tę cenę w porządku. - Fajna lokalizacja, metro praktycznie pod blokiem, mieszkanko przytulne, klimatyczny balkon z widokiem na ładną kamienice, w mieszkaniu dwa wiatraki które bardzo ułatwiały zniesienie wysokiej temperatury Brak podstawowych środków takich jak sól, cukier, gąbka i płyn do naczyń, zatkana umywalka w łazience w której stoi woda, pod prysznicem trzeba odczekać dłuższą chwile zanim zacznie lecieć ciepła woda, wentylator w łazience który po zapaleniu światła nieustannie się włącza i wyłącza wydając przy tym głośne dźwięki

• Jana (10/5): Beutiful - The accommodation is in a quiet part of Milan. There is a metro station nearby. And last but not least, I have to write that there is also a great cafe nearby with an incredible selection of cakes and pastries.

Problems of the air bnb: -there were period stains on the pillows when we got there -Heating wasnt working and the owner did nothing to fix it - warm water was infrequent and shower head was absolutely horrible - the kettle was not in a condition to be used -there were bugs in the sugar

• Panagiotis (8/5): Modern, spacious and clean apartment, very close to the metro station. - We had the whole apartment for ourselves. The apartment was very spacious, secure (we had to use a code to enter the external door as well as the apartment door) comfortable and clean, with a modern design and furniture. It is very close to local amenities and shops (there is just a shop around the corner that you can buy necessities like water, etc) and very close to the tube station (it's only 5' walk from the apartment), so we had easy access to move around. The apartment is lacking air conditioning, and was very hot during our stay in July. The host was thoughtful enough to provide us with a fan (thank you) and although a fan did alleviate the problem, having an air conditioner would be better.

• Cristea (4/5): The owner only think about the 50 euro extra, he doesn’t care about your comfort - No breakfast No mosquito nets No air conditioning No clean towels No good soap or dusch gel No answers from the property owner No remote controller for tv Not a good flow of hot water The towels smells very bad The water flows hot and cold , you couldn’t make a proper bath The soap is the worst ever No air conditioning and you can’t open windows because of mosquitoes, no nets No remote control for tv, the property seems to do this intentionally because I read that on other people who stayed there and if you ask , the owner ignores you They tax you more 50euros if you arrive after 21.00, they said is for staff who attend you at check in but you make auto check in 😅😅
