- SAEED (10/5): استديو باطلالة رائعة على استطنبول - عبارة عن عمارة فيها شقق يوجد مدخل الدخل بالرقم السري أمان جدا يوجد كاميرات مراقبة عند المدخل الشقة اللي سكنت بها كانت لها اطلالة وبلكونة جمييييلة جداً تساهد طلاب المدراس صباحاً وهم يذهبون لمدارسهم يوجد جامع قريب جداً من الشقق. الخدمات متوفرة أسفل العمار محلات مطاعم ووووو طلبت آلة صنع القهوة التركية و احضروها لي صاحب البناية متواصل على الواتساب باستمرار يوجد مكيف هواء عدم وجود ستائر كافية على النوافذ حيث كان يدخل الضوء منها بشكل قوي وقت النوم صباحاً أو القيلولة. السرير قريب من الأرض والمخدات غير مريحة جداً لكنها مقبولة. أدوات المطبخ غير مكتملة. سقف الشقة نازل في جزء منها بحيث لا تستطيع الوقوف منتصباً.

Evde çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi olmadı iyiydi. Mutfak eşyaları yeterli idi. İnterneti çok kötü. Evden çalışma imkanı olmadı maalesef. Telefondan bağlanmak zorunda kaldım. Tv’de netflix var ama açılmıyordu, izleyemedik. 6 gece kaldık hiç temizliğe gelinmedi.

- Sürmeli (10/5): In der Küche fehlten Frühstücksmesser und Schneidebrett. - Es war ein schönes großes Zimmer. Und volle Ausstattung. Es war ei schöner Aufenthalt. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, war das im Bad beim auslassen des Wassers aus der Badewanne im Bad nicht nur aus dem Abfluss entleert war sondern auch auf dem Fußboden.

Thank you very much for the friendly service and we gladly recommend it. Few people generally speak English, so it's hard to communicate. It's a pity because the people themselves are open and willing to help, but the language barrier makes the stay a bit difficult.

- Irene (10/5): Sejur minunat - Apartament mare și frumos amenajat ,cu mobilier nou și calitativ, curat, clădire cu lift, locație bună chiar în fața stației de autobuz , marketuri și localuri cu mâncare și patiserii în apropiere, au răspuns prompt la cererile noastre când am avut nevoie. Fiind apartamente în stil boutique, sunt concepute pentru 2 ,maxim 3 persoane . Chiar dacă sunt spațioase, ele sunt prevăzute doar cu un pat matrimonial și o canapea care nu se extinde. Noi am fost cu 2 copii și ne-au oferit un pat extensibil pe care l-am pus pe unde am putut. Pahare și căni insuficiente ( câte 3 din fiecare, noi fiind 4). Ar fi necesar un cuptor cu microunde și un aparat de cafea .

Customer service was great too Location. Not much to do this side and was a good bit away from the things we wanted to do. But not their fault, should have checked! Close to the airport which was good

- Zehra Hanim (9/5): Top ervaring - Vooraf ontvingen wij duidelijke informatie via WhatsApp. Er werd aangegeven dat we een nummer konden bellen en dat iemand ons bij het hotel zou opwachten. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk en netjes geholpen. De kamer was erg schoon en praktisch ingericht. We verbleven met z’n vieren: twee personen sliepen in een bed, één op de slaapbank en er was zelfs een extra bed in de woonkamer geplaatst. Aan werkelijk alles was gedacht. Er was een wasmachine, wasmiddel, stofzuiger en een hangrek om de was op te hangen. Ook in de keuken ontbrak niets; een kookplaat en benodigdheden waren aanwezig. De locatie was perfect. Alles was gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd, waardoor we overal eenvoudig naartoe konden, maar ook zonder auto is het ideaal: het busstation ligt direct achter het gebouw. Daarnaast zit er een leuke en gezellige café vlak bij de woning waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten of even een toetje kunt eten. Al met al hebben wij een ontzettend fijn en gezellig verblijf gehad. Wij zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw voor dit hotel kiezen en raden het zeker aan. De handdoeken konden wel verwisseld worden. We hebben 7 dagen lang dezelfde handdoeken gebruikt.

- Borislav Terziev (10/5): Чудесен хотел на удобно място с паркинг и топ спирка с много автобуси - Връщаме се за 2ри път. Харесва ни много хотела и стаите. Чудесен интериор с всичко нужно за да прекараш няколко дни там включително и да си готивиш. Хубаво разположение с паркинг и спирка много автобуси. Има ресотранти, хранителни магазини, сладкарници, закусвални -всичко на много близко! Персонала е чудесен !

- Borislav Terziev (10/5): Чудесен хотел, супер стаи с хубаво разположение, спирка с много автобуси и паркинг - Прекрасен хотел с много хубави стаи, които разполагат със всичко нужно за да се чувствате като у дома си -удобно легло, голям телевизор, маса и столове, посуда и котлон да си сготвите нещо при нужда. Стаята е много приветлива. Персонала са вежливи и точни! В близост има няколко хранителни магазина, закусвалня и места за хапване. Има къде да се паркира свободно и също така отсреща има сприка с много автобуси които вървят навсякъде из града. Препоръчвам хотела! Има джамия и училище в близост и се чуват от време на време звуци от мегафоните им.

- Ali (7/5): - Es hat eine Waschmaschine gehabt und Lift Es hiess mit einem Balkon aber gab keinen. Das Personal war nie da, wir brauchten WC Papier, Bettwäsche Austausch und neue Hand-Badtuch war nie der Fall. Unter dem Batt fanden wir 2-3 Zigarettenstümmel. Lage war ziemlich uninteressant und nur wenige Restaurants.

- Lilli (7/5): Renovierubgsbedürftig und besseres Internet wären notwendig - Der Self Check in/out war wirklich super! Wir haben vorab alle wichtigen Infos bekommen. Die Kommunikation rief reibungslos! Der Kontakt war ständig über WhatsApp erreichbar und war sehr freundlich. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war wirklich bequem und drum herum gibt es genügend Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Ich bin normalweise nicht so kleinlich aber bei dieser Wohnung sind einfach so viele Dinge aufgefallen: Hier werden 80m^2 angegeben, aber das ist das auf keine Fall. Die Wohnung ist definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. An ein zwei Stellen war die Decke beschädigt bzw. feucht, die Toilette ist ziemlich vergilbt, der Wasserhahn für die freistehende Badewanne im Schlafzimmer wackelt und steht nicht stabil. Es gab keine Tassen und grundsätzlich war die Küche nicht für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung soll für 4 Personen ausreichen, aber es gibt kein zweites Schlafzimmer, man bekommt einfach ein quietschendes Stellbett, dass man ausklappen kann und das Schlafsofa ist kein richtiges Schlafsofa, was man hätte ausklappen können, sondern einfach die Couch die man auf dem Bild sehen kann. Das Licht in der Wohnung fand ich persönlich auch wenig einladend, die meisten Lichter waren kalt-weiß und im Bad viel zu dunkel. Auch die Nachlampen neben dem Bett funktionierten nicht bzw. war extrem dunkel. Sehr hellhörig ist es leider auch, man hört wirklich alles was draußen passiert. Die Lüftung für die Badezimmer sind auch extrem laut. Das nervigste war jedoch das schlechte Internet :( Das zum Teil im Schlafzimmer nicht mal vorhanden war und grundsätzlich nicht ausgereicht hat, um einfache Internetseiten zu laden.
