Yi (2/5): Very poor - Great location. We didn’t like that we paid for our entire stay and the company decided not to provide us with keys or information about how to get the keys. After a few hours of phone calls to the company that went unanswered, we asked booking.com to help us as we could not afford to pay for another accommodation. Booking managed to get through to somebody at the company and they finally provided information for the key pickup. This company was largely unapologetic which added some insult to injury. With the cost for they charge, I highly recommend staying at the many other properties around the city.

Maria (6/5): The apartment was not very clean but it was ok. - The beds were comfortable. You have to go to an office far away to collect the keys in a city you don't know, unless you pay for the taxi service they suggest. We had a ride.
