• Sergii (7/5): The apartment suited our three day vacations with small budget. - At the beginning of street there is a very nice see-food restaurant. The apartment is in the corner of one way street. It was nice and silent to sleep with the opened windows. The parking is private and has a lock. The connection to the city center is direct with the tram. Very nice. Tickets are also available at tabac shop nearby For personally the sleeping places in the apartment were not very comfortable. This might be connected with the fact,, that i am toll. My both wife and daughter slept well.

• Evelinuu (7/5): Good place for one or two nights - The apartment is in a good location, there is a tram stop nearby, so you can get to the center very easily. The host is very nice and helpful. The apartment looks a bit different than in the pictures. It is older and needs refreshing. A bit underequipped for longer stays and cooking, for example.

• Lukasoch (5/5): Good value for money.Suitable for short-term tourist stays and when you don't spend much time inside - I spent a month in the apartment with my family. I rented the apartment because I was working in Milan, so my stay was not for tourism. Therefore, I've been looking for something where I could live comfortably. The area is calm and safe, with good public transport connections to the city center. There are nearby shops, cafes, restaurants, and all necessary stores. I need to emphasize that the communication with the host was very good. He responds quickly to messages. The apartment has a secure and enclosed parking area. Very good internet speed. The bed is reasonably comfortable. Duvets and extra blankets are available. Mold and moisture in the bathroom, poorly cleaned apartment (especially the bathroom and shower), gas smell from the gas heating furnace, poorly equipped kitchen with dishes and pots. Dusty and dirty furniture (sofa, pouf, cushions on chairs, shelf). On my request, the apartment has been cleaned again. Very poor ventilation and a poorly lit kitchen. In my opinion, the washing machine needs replacement or repair because even on the lowest spin settings, it stretches clothes. I did not use the air conditioning. I can't say if it works and if it has been cleaned. I would rate the pillows as worn out and not very comfortable. Water was leaking from under the shower, but the issue was partially fixed. Mold has been washed off the wall, but that doesn't solve the source of the problem. The apartment has less light than shown in the pictures. There is an unpleasant smell that comes from the pipes in the bathroom and kitchen, the dishwasher, and the washing machine. The pictures do not reflect what exactly you'll find on-site. In my opinion, the advertisement needs to include updated photos. The apartment is located near a football field. The sounds of playing footballers did not bother me, but it is worth considering.
