• Jessica (8/5): Overall a nice and affordable place to stay a few days if you’re planning to be out and about a lot. - Nice neighbourhood, close to Hyde park/Kensington gardens. Easy check-in. The water in the shower was too hot and hard to adjust to cooler. The sliding shower door got stuck. The floor was quite cold.

• steven (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay. - Very good location close to cafes, tube station and parks. Easy keycode check in, comfortable and warm with plenty of heating available . Kitchen had good space and utensils etc. Flat is very quiet and also very secure. Good TV and Internet. Bed is low but comfortable and good supply of towels. Shower was hot or hot , would not adjust to cool. The listing states there is a washing machine and there is not, which I did want and why I chose the apartment , so be aware of that.

• Hajar (1/5): - The Neighbourhood Very disappointing stay in terms of cleanliness. At first glance, the place looked fine, but in reality it was far from clean. There was a lot of dust on surfaces, and the floors clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned — it didn’t seem like they had been mopped at all. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance made the stay quite unpleasant. More attention to cleanliness is definitely needed to make it comfortable for guests.

• Mark (8/5): Great value! I would stay here again if I visit London in the future. - I like a firm mattress. The bed in the loft was a little too soft and too low to the ground for me. I slept on the sofa bed and found it very comfortable. The location was excellent. The area close to the apartment was very quiet but just a few blocks away, the area was lively with plenty of restaurants and stores. As is the case with most budget rentals, it was missing a few essentials. There was no cutting board, broom or mop. Other than that, everything was great.

Check in instructions state wifi password on the back of the door. We checked all doors, this is false The host finally replied AFTER we checked out only saying that they didn’t see our messages follow up Shower has mould, kitchen has limited supplies. Upstairs loft is extremely hot and no way to turn off heating. Constant noise from people coming in and out of the building at all hours of the night. The flat does the job.

Solo un paño de cocina. Eche en falta alguna bayeta. Colchón de la cama, blando (se hunde un poco al acostarse).

• Michelle (8/5): If you want to stay near Hyde park, this place is perfect. - Fantastic location right by Hyde park, public transport and local shops. Very spacious and well-equipped with things you might need like a hairdryer, iron, fan etc. Easy check-in. It would have been nice to open the windows which were closed and covered with curtains. The handles were stiff to open so just left them. Assume this is due to security as it’s facing the street.

• Sami Moreno (8/5): Tranquilo y cómodo - El piso se encontraba en una calle muy tranquila y tienes cerca paradas de guaguas y a 10 min andando la estación de Padington. En general al piso no le falta de nada, no pasas frío, duermes bien, es espacioso y cómodo. Ofrece adaptador de enchufes, regleta, paraguas, ventilador, secador para el pelo, etc. Por mejorar, diría que hay cositas que arreglar, por ejemplo el picaporte de la puerta o cambiar la alcachofa de la ducha porque cuesta regular la temperatura del agua.

• annnnniw (8/5): Great value and location - I loved the bed. It was lovely and soft. Its a very spacious studio and has everything you need. The owner communicates well, and is flexible with checking in and out if they can offer it. It's in a great location!!! It was nice and quiet. The heating worked well. There were a few stains on the bedsheets, although they were clean. The electric stopped working. Both fixable I'm sure. The bathroom layout wasn't ideal.

Calme la nuit Pas de prise adaptateur prise française ni usb.le four était salle et tout gras ( pas pu être utilisé dans cette état👍). Pas d’étanchéité fenêtre froid qui passe et bruit de porte qui claque quand les autre locataire ferme la porte .eau chaude douche très brûlante pas réglable.

• Robert (9/5): Nice property adjacent Hyde Park - The sofa bed is firm, not saggy, very good. Location next to Hyde Park. Woman who rents the apartments is good, was easy to work with. Kitchen has sufficient pans and equipment. Clean. High ceilings with old fashioned plaster work are cool. The bed in the loft is quite soft, but I didn't use that one and the people who slept there didn't complain, I just like a harder bed and was happy with the sofa bed. Because they built the loft, the ceiling in the kitchen area is a little low for me at 6 foot 2 I could just brush it with my head, but that's a very minor thing and it's just the area next to the stove. Overall a good property.

• Bethany (7/5): Great location! - Local area and availability of public transport was excellent. Size of room was great for the price we paid. Seemed generally quite clean, we didn't make full use of everything as our stay was quite short but would have suited us well for a longer stay. Bathroom could do with a bit of updating, the sink seemed to be clogged a little and there were cracked floor tiles, the position of the wardrobes seemed a bit hazardous as it would be easy to step backwards when opening the doors and trip on the stairs which are hard wood with no carpeting. The bed is very low (due to the low ceiling) which wasn't a problem for us but might be an issue for others and the mattress was really soft which we weren't too keen on.

Hurtig - Beliggenheden var helt i top - tæt på Parken, Paddington station, offentlig transport samt barer og restauranter. Stille vej. Man kunne høre noget støj - ved ikke om det var fra den nærliggende undergrundsstation.

• Elly (5/5): Heater not working and lack of bedding - The location is quite central in London, close to Hyde Park, bus stops and Lancaster Gate Tube Station. The house was clean and tidy. When we arrived, the window was left open and the house was very cold. Unfortunately, the heater was not working at all, so we were cold throughout our stay. Additionally, the bedding provided (pillows and comforters) was only enough for two people, even though we booked the property for three.

• James (5/5): Passable - Great location, easy access Heating is not powerful enough to heat the flat. Sofa smelled of cigarettes. Flat not properly cleaned, shower base had pink mould and the previous person’s used shower gel/shampoo were left in the bathroom.
• Amy (8/5): Nice for a short break! - It was great for the most part me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights over Christmas and it was very well equipped with what we needed mostly. Comfortable bed and a lovely location. Very close to Hyde park and Local shops, pubs and Restaurants. Easy to get in to the property with a door code provided beforehand. Upon arrival there was scaffolding infront of the front door and someone painting, this meant it was very difficult for my partner to get by with a suitcase. Baring in mind this was Christmas Eve afternoon. He ended up with paint all over his bags trying to get past and I got some on my coat. Kitchen is well equipped but had no baking trays and a very small frying pan.

• Sabina (3/5): It was ok for a night. Noisy fan and uncomfortable sofa bed so didn’t sleep well - Cheap ish Not very clean or hygienic. Not sure the bedding and towels were washed. Bathroom dirty and dusty and not clean at all. Hence we didn’t even shower there!!
• Naveed (1/5): Bad - I had a disappointing stay at this property. The hosts were unhelpful, and communication was poor. The facilities provided were far below expectations—either poorly maintained or missing key amenities. Cleanliness was a major issue, with the property not being properly cleaned prior to my arrival. Comfort was lacking, as the furniture and overall setup did not make for a relaxing stay. Considering these problems, the value for money was terrible. On a positive note, the location is the only redeeming quality, as it is conveniently situated near Hyde Park. Would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
• Ella (8/5): Incredible location, spacious full studio apartment with everything you need, great value for money! - Easy check in, absolutely incredible location, close to everything , cafes, shops, tube etc! Very spacious and cozy, much better then a tiny hotel room if you like a bit of extra space. Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend! The place was great but took a little while to heat up as most of the heat rose to top floor which was fine for bed just downstairs got a little chilly but nothing too bad. There was also a few supplies like the tea, coffee, salt and pepper were low stocked or empty but wasn't a huge deal, just something I noticed!
