• Jodi (8/5): - Loved the big deck to watch the sunrise and do yoga on . The pool deck and pool were great . Kitchen had everything you'll need . air-conditioning and fans worked really well . Couldn't swim in the ocean . And to far from the activity to walk but drive is okay Bathroom could be cleaner and cupboard doors and doors need a scrub ...

• Larissa (9/5): Superb - Beautiful spot, right off the ocean. Amazing views of the sunrise on the water and great private deck. Nice pool. There was a big cockroach🪳 on the bathroom counter one night. It happens. Everything else was great 👍

• Yolanda (10/5): On the ocean & they have a huge pool too! - We loved that the condo was right on the beach & had a large pool. The ocean was easily accessible & had no rocks to stumble over! It was shallow for a good distance too. The grounds were also beautiful & well maintained. Bicycles & kauaks would have been a welcome addition, but we still swam, & walked to the little village of Siene to get some beverages & ice. There were 3 options for groceries. The bigger one being in the center of town. We thought it was a little isolated at first, till I opened up Google maps & discovered there were multiple dining options nearby. We were blown away by the newer restaurant across the road called 'The Blue Lagoon". Such a variety of options & delicious flavors, & the decor is very original! The staff was all amazing too. We'd love to come back someday with other family members! They loved the pictures we kept sending them. Arriving late after flights, transfers & taxi, ,-it would've been nice to have water for drinking & some coffee ground for the am. We lived our brief 2-night stay at Beachside Villas.

• Julie (7/5): The beach is beautiful but the condos need maintenance. - The pool and grounds were beautiful. The unit was tired. Needs upkeep. The doors don’t work properly, the WiFi went down for the majority of our stay.
• Silvia (9/5): Beautiful mix between jungle hiking, waterfalls, snorkling and beach for our honeymoon! - Location is amazing, right on the beach, almost private like. A bit far from the center, you definately need a car rental and I suggest you get it before getting there.
• Stephen (7/5): Quite and a bit out... but lovely - If you want an authentic Belizean experience it's the perfect location to go to Seine Bight. The people there are very friendly and the local food was amazing to sample. Especially Miss Verns and Finger Foods delight (see Clinton the barman for good drinks and chats). It's a little far from the main tourist area in placencia, you would need to taxi or rent a golf cart and drive there. But if you want to be away from it all then I would recommend. Few over looked cleanliness issues and the door was extremely difficult to lock/unlock which did not seem to concern management as much as it did us... but not really a deal breaker..

• Violetta (10/5): Excellent stay will be happy to come again! - The property was clean and tide up, had all that we needed and very comfortable bed with clean nice sheets. It is a bit far from town but its not biggy
• Anonymous (6/5): Had a nice time! - nice pool, beach dock ok, weather was bad so couldn’t use beach. Condo was very clean and while older was just fine. shower needs repair to work properly, and toilet was an issue until the septic tank was pumped on our last day. not close to anything so a car is a must!
