• Albina (7/5): Установить в апартаментах освежители. Увеличить количество спальных принадлежностей. В остальном замечаний нет - Прекрасное расположение, в пешей доступности от Милано Сентрало, также рядом хорошая инфраструктура. Также пешком можно дойти до Ла-скала и далее до Собора. Апарты неплохие, на 4 максимум. Тихий подъезд. Внизу пиццерия. Не было дополнительных спальных принадлежностей. Нас было четверо, но предоставлено только два одеяла, что вызвало неудобства. Кондиционеры не включались, пришлось спать с открытыми окнами, а это постоянный шум от транспорта.
• Jorn (2/5): NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE - Kitchen is not fully equipped. Nothing in the fridge even drinking water. NO tea bags but have 2 coffee capsules for four persons. NO cups/mugs to use for making tea or coffee. NO tea towels/hand towels and NO cleaning and dusting stuff in the kitchen. I asked for extra pillows as the ones on the bed are flat and lumpy and only was told they dont supply extra pillows. Washing machine is not working. I could put some more reviews but I think the above says it all!!! NOT A RELAXING PLACE TO STAY IF YOU NEED TO REST... It could have been better if the property is clean. Floor seems like it hasn`t vacuumed. Visible dirt on walls, curtains and couch.

• Fernanda (4/5): Boa localização. Anfitrião péssimo. Decepção total. Não recomendo. - Localização boa e apartamento bem equipado. Logo na madrugada do primeiro para o segundo dia de hospedagem tivemos um problema com a energia elétrica. Um disjuntor caiu e não retornava. Ficamos sem água quente e geladeira. O anfitrião simplesmente nos ignorou. Entramos em contato e ele nos disse que nada poderia ser feito. Não enviou ninguém para ao menos tentar amenizar o problema. Perdemos tudo o que havia na geladeira, inclusive medicação. Atendimento péssimo. Pior, no dia de saída enviou mensagem para que deixássemos o apartamento até as 10 horas para que pudesse ser realizado o reparo. Um desrespeito completo.

• Christine (5/5): Not worth the money - The location was great few mins away from Milan Centrale The bed quality is poor — the frame underneath is broken. The sofa bed is unstable and not safe for two people to sleep on. Check-in time is quite late at 3 PM, while check-out is very early at 10 AM.

• Elian (1/5): i would never repeat this experience - nothing at all, not clean, noisy , AC not functioning, oven is locked, window not able to close and we had to listen for noisy all night because we are close to train station, communication with management was Big Zero for sure not recommended

• Prapti (8/5): Very close to station and comfortable stay. - Property very close to Milano central station. All basic facilities were available nearby. Tram, metro, buses and taxis available and close by. Host was quick to response. Second bedroom has no wardrobe or no clothes rails facilities. There is no place to hang clothes. Also television is in one bed room which can be problem for other people so, rather to have television somewhere in kitchen area or in dinner area. There were no quilt, or bed spread provided. Only bedsheets to cover ourselves. I know it’s summer time but it’s bit facilities some people like to have even in summer time. Host was quick to response.

• Esha (9/5): Great location, very clean and spacious apartment, would definitely recommend! - Loved the location, so close to Milano Centrale making it convenient to travel by train and metro. The rooms were spacious and the instructions given regarding online check in and entering the property were very detailed and easy to follow. They were also prompt with replies on Whatsapp which was very convenient. Very clean and well stocked with all necessities for our stay. Would definitely recommend! The door to one bathroom was a bit stuck if you closed it all the way, but with a push and pull we were able to get it closed. Not a huge inconvenience

Well presented and location excellent for arriving at Milano Centrale station Not really a fault but the sofa bed was not comfortable and it is hard to use that as a third bedroom (as we tried to do) because it is in the kitchen area. But it is a flat, not a house and was very spacious

• Robert (9/5): 3 queen bed, 2 bathroom apartment with kitchen just a few blocks from Milano Centrale train station - Great that it had 2 bathrooms, and 3 sleeping areas. We used the kitchen for some basic meals and ate breakfast and some dinners at the room. Location was pretty good. Nice that it was so close to the train station. We walked with luggage to our apartment. Also found nearby bakery, cheese shop, butcher, etc. Beds were a bit hard, there were not enough pillows, and the pillows we had were too soft. These were the biggest issues. We could hear the trolleys outside, but you learned to ignore them after awhile. Not perfect, but would stay here again. Also, we couldn't get their washing machine to work (couldn't figure it out). It might be fine, and may have worked, but we tried and tried, and couldn't figure out how to use it. Totally different design, and even when we found the manual online, we still couldn't figure it out.

• Mohd (8/5): Very good - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for travel. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan. Wish I could have stayed longer! no
• Holly (10/5): Great place just steps away from central train station! - This place was great! It was nice and big and literally right across the street from Milano Centrale train station. So convenient! We only stayed one night, but could easily have stayed comfortably there was a week. And the price was really good. Part of the shower door was off in the master bathroom. It looked like it was waiting for someone to reinstall. So it got a little wet after showers. But i'm sure they got that fixed.

• Johannes (2/5): AVOID STAYING HERE - DIRTY, NOISY, OVERPRICED - Proximity to the station Where do I start…?! The flat was dirty on arrival, no sheets on the sofa bed despite us needing 6 sleeping places. They sent a cleaner who we had to wait for two hours in the flat for on arrival . When the sofa bed is unfolded it blocks the exit door of that room and the adjacent double bedroom which is surely violating fire regulations. The bed in main bedroom has a broken plank of wood coming out of it. The flat is incredibly noisy, neighbours, street, windows don’t close properly so you can’t shut out the noise. It is in a very run down state and felt grimy and neglected. We didn’t enjoy our two nights here and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
• Mellissa (7/5): ok - I liked that it was really close to Central station and the spaciousness of the two bedrooms. I will say, however, that I thought that there was a loungeroom where my friend and I could watch tv and sit together but it was really just an old sofa bed right outside one of the rooms and you could kind of watch the tv in the bedroom from afar. The setup was just off and awkward. If you just wanted to sleep and have somewhere to leave your things this was fine. It was not a place that was comfortable to travel with a friend and share time in a loungeroom space. It felt dated but it was clean.

• Ahmed (3/5): Not a seemless experience as expected - Location was good, few hundred meters from the central station. Overall, it was a clean apartment. It is a very complicated system to enter the building and apartment. Once entered, I had to chat on whatsapp to learn how to turn on the AC through the electrical panel. I'm not sure how it is considered safe for guests to operate electric panels. You can't change the temperature as well, as it runs on a default setting, which you can guess is not the comfort level. One of the AC was broken, and the host wasn't able to address the issue. Some of the family members had to sleep in a hot room. Some of the pillows were flat with no / little fillings. The host did allow us to extend the checkout time upon request.

• Sarah (2/5): Not enough space to safely use a 3rd bed - Location The 5th bed was not suitable or safe. Contact with the host was through a 3rd party which didn't lead to our issue being resolved. The space the sofa bed was in meant that if it came down to sleep on it totally blocked the exit to the second bedroom meaning the people in that bedroom and where the sofa bed couldn't get out
