• Peter (9/5): Tolle & ruhige Wohnung direkt an der U-Bahn - Tolle, sehr ruhige Lage - und trotzdem nur ein Katzensprung zur U-Bahn. Ein Seven Eleven gleich gegenüber. Top-Beschreibung mit Fotostrecke, wie man von der U-Bahn in die Unterkunft kommt. Schöne, große Wohnung! Nicht gefallen, wäre übertrieben. War aber zumindest ungewöhnlich: die Dusche betritt man vom Esszimmer aus.

(Kids were just walking) No rubbish had to stay 5 days with smelly nappies in the house

• yuxuan (10/5): 非常滿意，期待下次再見 - 空間超大，房間有3間，一間兩個單人房，旁邊就有浴室廁所，一間大客廳，一間雙人床房，一間兩張雙人床房，還有非常厲害的廚房❤️ 還有一間廁所浴室在客廳，但那間浴室較小，沒有人會在那兒洗澡🛁 離三之輪站非常的近，走路只要3-5分鐘，飯店對面有7-11，附近也有一些吃的，推薦推薦👍🏻 但住5個人我覺得剛剛好，再多就會太擠～ 沒有
• Jeanette (7/5): Overall, it’s a good location and rooms are spacious - Had many rooms that can accommodate bigger groups. Had a dining area which is rare for rooms in Tokyo. Close to a convenience store and super mart too. The second shower was a bit hard to use cause the shower curtain provided little privacy.

• TMcKenzie91 (7/5): - Per other reviews this apartment has it quirks, but for the price point and location it was a winner in my books. Proximity to Mimosa Station made exploring Tokyo quite easy. There is also a coin laundry just around the corner which was handy for using the dryer. Check in and out was really smooth. Extremely minor but it wasn't immediately clear where the washing machine was (it was on the balcony)
• Patricia (8/5): Un grand logement avec un rapport qualité prix correct à proximité des transports - La proximité avec les transports qui nous ont permis de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville, la taille du logement car nous étions 7 personnes, le prix très correct. L'appartement est un peu biscornu aux premiers abords (2 petis logements ont dû être réunis pour en créer un grand) mais s'est finalement avéré efficace avec quasiment tous les équipements nécessaires. L'appartement est un peu sombre.

• Hannes (9/5): Perfekte Preis Leistung - mit guter Lage - Es war alles beschriftet und erklärt. Der bzw. die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam. Es war für uns als 5er Gruppe super, dass es zwei duschen gab und mehrere Schlafräume. Es gab alles was man gebraucht hat und viele Kleinigkeiten mit denen wir nichtmal gerechnet hätten (Rasierer, Wattestäbchen, Wattepads, Spülmittel, Shampoo usw.). Ein Seven Eleven war direkt gegenüber, wodurch es super war, schnell Frühstück und Getränke für zwischendurch zu holen. Außerdem war die U-Bahn Minowa in 4-6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden ! Kein direktes Manko aber den Gästen welche Richtung Straße schlafen würden wir Ohrenstöpsel empfehlen, sollte man empfindlich gegenüber Straßengeräuschen sein.

• Laëtitia (10/5): Très bien! - L’appartement est très grand, spacieux et c’est agréable. Les lits étaient confortables. Il y a une grande table pour manger et des éléments de cuisine. La machine à laver et la possibilité de mettre le linge à sécher sur le balcon c’était très bien! À proximité d’une station de métro. Un kombini en face, et un supermarché à 5 minutes. Il y a du bruit de circulation dans la rue qu’on entend bien. Le sol aurait besoin d’être refait ! Et la douche dans la salle est très surprenante mais pas pratique ! Personne ne l’a utilisée.

It was a huge space for my whole group including kids. The location was close to the supermarket, station and convenient stores and restaurants including an Indian restaurant which made my overall stay awesome. ..

• Mary (9/5): Good place, spacious for tokyo. Complete amenities. Near minowa station. - It is spacious enough for our family and there is an elevator. It is near minowa station with elevators. Neighborhood is quiet with spacious sidewalk. There’s a 711 across and a nearby grocery. It’s a good jump off point to main tourist destinations. The host is also responsive to our queries. Check in and check out was easy. Thank you so much! Not a deal breaker for us but some of the floor laminates need to be fixed. And a bidet in the main toilet would be a good addition, tho it has a seat warmer. The other toilet had the bidet.

• Regina (10/5): good stay, will recommend to stay here again if i'm going back with friends. Very clean stay. - The host went all out on the amenities! everything is there and the place is neat. Beds are really nice and bouncy! love it~ The stay is not too far from the train station. Wheelchair friendly too. Close to supermarket too so you can buy fresh ingredients to cook~ The dog statue at the front scared us at first tho, but we grow fond of it haha. we arrived at night so it was dark haha none~ host is nice even though I probably didn't read all the instructions thoroughly. Host replies fast too.

The host Kayoung was very prompt to respond to queries. There were a few eating places very close by. The washing machine was an excellent bonus. Not much to dislike

• Shannen (9/5): Nice accoms! - Great location! The area was peaceful, felt safe and still close enough to some of the main tourist sites at Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara and Ryokogu. Its easy find, as the owner provided a picture guide on how to walk there. The accoms is a short walk from the metro, bus stops, a supermarket and convenient stores. The accoms was well stocked with toiletries, utensils and kitchenware as well. The blankets provided kept us warm and cosy during the winter. The larger bath had some flies on the ceiling, which I think can be wiped away. Other than that everything was great!

• Phối (9/5): A good stay - This apartment is perfect for budget travelers as it is exceptionally cheap during the golden week time. In addition, it is situated near the convenient store and train station which makes it easy to get around the city. The amenities provided in the apartment were spot-on, offering everything that you need for a normal day. Moreover, there was even a medical box which is a nice touch and adds to the convenience of the apartment. One of the downsides of this apartment is the size of the second bathroom. It is extremely small, making it challenging to take a shower comfortably.
