• Eliana Ylinoly (7/5): - El chico de recepción un encanto El primer día que nos acostamos en la cama. Las sábanas tenía manchas, pequeños puntos de sangre. Como si la hubieran lavado y no quitaran. Yo sentí que me picaba toda la noche y encontré una pulga. Por otro lado en la habitación de el lado, se escuchaba mucho ruido, no nos dejaron dormir. Tiraban portazos, hablaban muy fuerte , a altas horas y tempranas horas

La habitación es amplia, cómoda, el baño muy elegante, grandes espejos, muy bonito. Por mejorar considero que la televisión puede ser actualizada.

Sofas in the living are worn out as well and needs to be replaced. Door trim is coming off the wall. The apartment is nice and big but is needing tender loving care (TLC) to maintain it.

• Vivas Torres (10/5): Bueno, bonito y barato. - La zona es muy tranquila, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y todo muy cómodo, las personas fueron muy amables conmigo, me dejaron guardar el auto antes de la hora del checkin y después de la hora del checkout, valoro mucho la amabilidad del personal de este hotel. La relación calidad precio es difícil de conseguir en otra parte. Que no pude prender las luces de las lámparas en la habitación.

En mi habitación, había detalles que mostraban que la limpieza no había sido profunda antes de yo llegar.
• Nat (9/5): Nice location in a tranquil neighborhood - The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were very nice, and quite spacious. The window and views of the city were great. It was walking distance to many places we went to. It was quite clean, they provided decent amenities that were a little bit better than basic. The receptionists at different times were always friendly. The kitchen staff also tried to make us feel welcome. The location is great and I felt safe and very comfortable walking around the area, with my friend. We were both female travelers and felt comfortable there. They have a great laundry service available as well. We changed rooms the 2nd time around, and didn't have the same sized beds, however the extra bed was still comfortable. At one point there was a leak outside the building that kept us awake, but this is something that cannot be fixed as it was outside the room and building. The breakfast could have been better with more choices for celiacs, but the eggs, arepas, and fruits were fine.

• Robyn (5/5): Excellent staff, clean, good neighborhood, but terrifying guests and no 24 hour security or concierge. - The staff were excellent and did their best to explain things to me, despite my basic Spanish. They were kind, patient and professional and I am very grateful to them for their help. I dealt with three different staff members and they were all outstanding. I would recommend this property for the quality of its staff and I hope they have an employer who appreciates their value. It was very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was great. The shower was warm. The lock on the patio door to my balcony (low floor) didn’t lock properly. There is no 24 hour security. The safe in my room didn’t work. I had to listen to a couple from The Netherlands screaming in Dutch and fighting savagely for hours through the night and there was no front desk or concierge to call. I didn’t call the police because they sounded equally likely to kill each other.

La zona è super, molto sicura e piena di localini e ristoranti a 5/10 min di taxi. Lo staff dell'hotel è gentile e disponibile! Sarebbe utile che chi sta alla reception parlasse inglese, ma si può rimediare facilmente! La struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Very, very uncomfortable to use bathroom and shower due to a clear/frost stripe design of the window, neighbors could see you while taking a shower or using the toilet. Guy that worked night shift not too friendly. Very low quality hair dryer, takes a lot of time to blow dry your hair, also no iron in the room.

Lo no tan bueno es que se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la habitación vecina y el desayuno era un buffet con muy pocas opciones, sin variedad y solo hasta las 9:30 am lo cual nos parecía muy temprano.
