• Annet (10/5): Heerlijke plek als je wil ontspannen en toch dicht bij het centrum wil zijn - alles was super netjes, rustige locatie en heel makkelijk te bereiken vanaf het hoofdstation. Heerlijk balkon wat uitkijkt over groen
• Moro (6/5): - Very clean We could not contact the owner the whole of our stay. The sink in the bathroom was stuck before we got there and when I emailed about it, I was ignored. And when we struggled with the wifi as the qr code provided was not working and I emailed again, I was ignored again. Luckily we had some amazing neighbours that helped us out alot.

• Ellen (10/5): Fab Stay - I loved this studio, it was so homely and had everything I needed. The communication with the hosts was excellent both prior to arrival and during. I had forgotten the correct adaptors and the host got straight back to me with info on where best to go and buy one. Would def stay here again if in Zurich. The location is a short downhill walk into town or if preferred the tram stop is nearby which I used for coming back from the centre most days. Nothing

• Suchetana (8/5): Good location, clean apartment! - I liked the location very much. It was in a quiet residential area but still very close to a tram stop, from where there were frequent trams to the city centre. It takes barely 5 to 7 mins by tram to get to the central part of the city. The room was clean and big. The kitchen was equipped. There was enough storage space as well. I mostly liked the property. But there were a few basic things that were missing and was making the stay a little less comforting. - There were no hand wash or hand soap which is a basic and necessary thing to be in a bathroom. In my experience this was the first property where there was nothing of this sort was provided. - The balcony was not clean completely. - Connecting to the wifi became really difficult as the password was provided via a link earlier and was not written anywhere in the room. My UK sim was not working in Zurich. My plan was to somehow reach the property and connect to the wifi. But after reaching the property I realised you need internet to connect to the internet. I had a hard time to find a way.
• Saeed (6/5): Apartment can provide comfortable stay if host improves small issues identified above. - Located close to a metro line 15 stop. Close to Central and Main Train Station. Apartment has a functional kitchenette with essential utensils. Communication with the host,specially as there is no reception or help on site. Our queries on arrival were responded only late at night by then having lost their usefulness. Apartment has basic furniture only. There is no place/ stand to open ur suitcases. One has no option but to use the only available table (small dining table) Bathroom had one small soap bar for two guests staying for 3 days. No hand wash either on the sink. Just one set of towels. No replacement provided. Bed was ok but had one square pillow only for each guest. There r two chairs in the balcony but no table to enjoy a cup of tea.
• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - The communication with the owner was great, the apartment was clean and had everything I needed. I felt like at home. One suggestion would be to include an extra towel for the hands.

• Margonar (8/5): Very good - Excellent location in an area well served by public transport and at the same time very quiet. Clean and excellent terrace overlooking the interior and equipped with awnings. The kitchen equipment could be improved, it lacks a cutting board, a few sugar sachets, and there are only two large pots. Even the towels available are the bare minimum.
• Emre (10/5): best in town - A spotless room with everything I needed, and the location was perfect. When I come back, this will be my place to stay again.
• Vladimir (8/5): Very good - Very easy self check-in. The apartment is spacious and clean. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard. There was no coffee for the coffee machine, I had to buy a whole box. There is no salt, no oil, no minimal basic things for the kitchen.
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is perfectly located and very easy to get to from the Airport. The host always sent messages to make sure everything was alright, and the check-in process went smoothly. The apartment was perfect for my usage (work during the day, used to rest at night) but I can see it accommodating a couple of tourists wanting to get around during the day and using the apartment to rest only. For remote work, only if you are alone, as the studio is an open space. More than one person working there would not make sense. I will most likely stay here again on my next business trip.

• Yıldız (10/5): The owner is kind and helpful, clean, comfortable, nice apartment in the center - I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as it looks in the photos; clean, tidy and very comfortable. The host Dimi was very kind and very welcoming and very helpful with communication. I didn't understand some things and even though I asked over and over again, she was very kind and explained in more detail in a way I could understand. The location was perfect, both central (walking distance from Zurich central station) and in a quiet area. The balcony with a view was really great and made for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, with all the basic utensils, which made cooking easy. Also, the thought of details like washing machine, dishwasher and hair dryer added to our comfort. We were also very pleased that there was a coffee machine and coffee in the house. Definitely a place I would like to stay again. I recommend it to everyone!

• Zydrunas (9/5): we had pretty good time, we want come back - excellent location, super value for money. very clean. no air conditioning. But I guess that everywhere except hotels. It was hot for a couple days 30+ nights were cool, so we could sleep, and the fan helped as well.
• Samuel (9/5): Great place if you looking to stay multiple days has everything you need to feel at home. - I really liked how the property had all the amenities you needed from the kitchen to the washer which really helped. Was really able to feel comfortable with 2 people. Very clean and overall good place for its value. Coming from the U.S. it was different to have no AC and having to separate the trash and all but overall not the property’s fault.
• Ernest (9/5): I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again when next in Zurich. - Clean (except for a dirty glass with lipstick mark), comfortable (pillows could be fluffier. Even with 2 they were a bit flat), quiet. Full kitchen including dish washer and clothes washing machine. Located in a residential area and yet not that far from city center. Birds chirping each morning to wake us up instead of neighbors and street noises. No toiletries, no hangers in the closet, and no hooks for clothes. Bedside lamp on both sides of the bed would be nice. 10:00 departure is a bit too early considering check in is always at 15:00
