• Nirav (8/5): Good location, Ground Floor, Quiet street - Location near about 10 mins walk to St. Angelo Water Bus Vaporato station. On Ground floor , so easy to access. Very compact and cosy property. Able to communicate with host via whatsapp and responsive. We bought a 3 day vaporato pass, so fairly easy to come and go via St. Angelo station. From airport you can take 15 euro alilaguna water taxi to St. Angelo OR Take a 10 euro bus to St. Roma station and 10 euro vaporato to St. Angelo Not a big issue but Would help if the city tax is clearly calculated at the outset, then trying to figure out during the stay as to how much adults pay and how much kids pay based on age etc. As we stayed at 2 different properties and paid slightly different amount at both.

• Flavia (8/5): Good value for money - Everything was great, smooth check-in, smooth check-out. Nearby all the touristic attractions ; from accommodation to San Marco Square Piazza - around 12 minutes by foot. We went for the Venice Carnival 2024 and we had a blast. 4 people accommodation. The folding bed is to large for the room size. We couldn't reached the window easily. The folding bed system is old and I was afraid that the case would fall from the wall. I think it will be better to install a regular bed, to the wall. it's just a suggestion.
