- Gerald Zörner (9/5): Wunderbar, gerne wieder. - Es war ohne Frühstück, aber das war leicht und gut in der Nähe zu haben. Auf dem Weg war das Cafe/Bäckerei Brotmeisterei Steinecke an der Badenschen Straße, Ecke Prinzregenten Straße. Da gab es guten Kaffe und Frühstück. Ein Besuch im Wilmersdorfer Stadtpark und legendären Rathaus Schöneberg lohnen sich. Besonders schön die ZUckmeyer Brücke im Park, die zugleich U-Bahnhof ist und der goldene Hirsch, das Wappen Schönebergs auf einer Fontäne im Park.

- Susanne (8/5): Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich komme gerne wieder. - Das Bett war wunderbar. Ich konnte sehr gut schauen. Auch das Zimmer hat mir sehr gefallen. Es ist eine Wohlfühloase gewesen. Es wäre schön, wenn die Sanitärräume sauberer wären. Dabei meine ich nicht die tägliche Reinigung sondern mehr die gründliche Reinigung. Man sieht, dass nur oberflächlich geputzt wird. Im Zimmer war dies nicht so.

- Elisa (10/5): very positive experience! - we stayed in a double budget room and it was very nice, bright and bigger than what we expected from the photos, there were also a full body mirror and a wardrobe where to put clothes. The common areas are kept cleaned and the kitchen offers a wide selection of utensils. The location is very convenient, there are supermarkets and shops close by and it is 4 minutes away from a metro and a bus stop, which makes it very easy to get to anywhere in the city. Also the communication with the host on whatsapp has been simple and effective! would definitely book again

Na szczęście spędziłąm tu tylko 2 doby - lokalizacja ok czwarte piętro w kamienicy bez windy, pokój duży ale zimny i bardzo kiepsko urządzony, brak parkingu i trudno zaparkować w pobliżu, łazienka wspólna dla kilku pokoi. Z kuchni (RÓWNIEŻ WSPÓLNEJ) nie korzystałam. Bardziej tani hostel niż apartament za 120 euro za dobę.

- Jovica (9/5): Better than expected - My favourite part about it was that we were just two or three rooms depending on the time of the week. Kitchen Equipped with everything that you need. Apartments is not new, but they keep it clean. The bed is quite comfortable. I was really satisfied with it. Last two days, I didn’t have heating in my room, but since it was a nice weather, I didn’t even bother to tell anyone. Heating was working in other rooms. Many people are complaining for not having elevator, but remember that you are in Berlin and most buildings doesn’t have it.

- Martina (1/5): Ich habe mich dort NICHT aufgehalten und übernachtet. - NICHTS !! Alles hat mir nicht gefallen, habe sofort eine Ersatzübernachtung gesucht. Ein verdrecktes Zimmer, bezogen am meisten auf die Couch, die vollständig mit Flecken überzogen war, als ob jemand darauf uriniert hat. Der Gemeinschaftskühlschrank war eklig. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war ohne Worte - hätte mich geekelt dies zu benutzen. Statt Fernseher war an der Wand eine Metall Attrappe ! Insgesamt alles unterirdisch und keinen Cent wert.

- Eva (2/5): 120 мин на отмену и другие собственные изобретения арендодателя - В комнате было все минимально необходимое — кровать, занавески, стол - общий санузел — при брони это неочевидно, на фотографиях вместе с комнатой показывается туалет, я была уверена, что бронирую апартаменты, как заявлено, а не комнату. После того, как я им написала, оказывается есть 120 мин только после брони, чтобы отменить заказ. А я написала через условно 200 мин. Отель изначально ввергает в заблуждение + это незаконно, вы не можете удерживать деньги за неоказанные услуги вообще-то Мне предложили схему, где я сама отменяю бронь на сайте, после чего если они сдадут комнату — мне вернут деньги. Ни гарантий, ни возможности проверить сдали или нет. Бред. - вся общая территория ужасно пахнет. - 5 этаж (4+ первый) без лифта. Что тоже конечно же становится известно после брони. Спасибо, я была не с 30 кило чемоданом, привет людям с ограничениями - отдельная песня для человека с длинными ногтями - Вы не сможете достать ключ без палки, боксы супер неудобные - слышно каждый шаг в общей территории, никто не следит за соблюдением тишины, персонала нет вообще - все потасканное, посуда грязная, ну очень так себе Это первый раз в моей жизни когда я заплатила и даже не осталась ночевать в последние ночи там. Недовольна, о чем также сообщала лично администрации — ответ? Игнор 🫡 Не рекомендую Жаль очень спешила и не вчиталась (хотя про 120 мин на отмену и в сообщении тоже не было) в условия, хотя повторюсь — про отсутствие лифта, про общие территории и прочее — слов не было.

- Kathleen (7/5): Pleasant Loftstay - I enjoyed the stay in Wilmersdorf. My spacious room faced the inner backyard, which made it very quiet, and the other guests were also very considerate. The room itself had a pleasant temperature and was comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and took care of watering the plants. There were two washing machines available, which was convenient. I didn’t expect to share the bathroom, but it worked out ok.

- Val P (6/5): Super voyage, Berlin est une très grande ville où bon nombre de lieux sont à visiter - Les instructions pour la récupération étaient très clairs et récupérable facilement. L'hébergement est un mini-hôtel avec des chambres privatives mais des espaces communs ( cuisine, sanitaire et salle de bain) la propreté des espaces communs n'étaient pas optimales, alors qu'il avait été stipulé qu'une personne interviendrait pour faire le ménage. L'agencement des sanitaires et salle de bain mériteraient un coup de neuf.

- Вероника (8/5): - The location is very convenient — close to the Blissestr. metro station and supermarkets (Lidl and EDEKA). It’s a calm, clean, non-touristic area. The property is easy to find, and before arrival you receive clear instructions on how to get there and access the key safe. Shared areas are very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed (oven, stove, microwave, plenty of dishes, towels and cloths), and I even baked a pie. Each room has its own fridge containers (no freezer). Bathrooms are assigned to each room, which is very convenient. There are free washing machines with drying racks, and laundry detergent was provided in the room — a thoughtful touch. The room locks securely, so you feel safe and private. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Nearby there is also a fun shop with licorice sweets from across Europe. A few small improvements could make the stay even better: • Bathroom for rooms 4 and 5 needs minor maintenance (loose door handle, shower leaking a little, no shelf for toiletries). • Heating in room 4 worked inconsistently during cold weather (+3°C). The host fixed it, but it stopped again before checkout. • No hairdryer or iron in room 4. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable and well-organized place with a helpful host. With a few small updates, it would be excellent.

- Johannes (8/5): - Zimmer war einfach aber stilvoll eingerichtet. Matratze gut. Angenehme Lage. Schön eine Küche zu haben. Heizung leider nicht regulierbar. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Geschirr war überwiegen schmutzig. Das Badezimmer entsprach leider auch nicht meinem Ansprüchen an Sauberkeit.

- Alexander (8/5): angenehm, erholsam und entspannt. - gut gelegen nahe der U-Bahn U7. Ausserdem war es extrem ruhig. Es gab alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten wie gut bestückte Küche und Waschmaschine. es ist im 4. Stock gelegen ohne Aufzug.
