• Veronika (8/5): Vše v naprostém pořádku, kromě studené dlažby v celém apartmánu. - Výborné umístění, zajímavý interiér, ochotný personál. Velmi chladná podlaha.
• Ekaterina (7/5): Skvělé ubytování a plné z zimě dost zima - Apartmán byl velmi krásně a útulně zařízený. Vše bylo čisté a připravené, nechybělo nic, co by člověk během pobytu potřeboval. Oceňuji také skvělou polohu – apartmán se nachází nedaleko hlavních památek v Karlových Varech, takže bylo snadné se všude dostat pěšky. Pobyt jsem si opravdu užila a ráda se sem v budoucnu vrátím. Apartmán se nachází v přízemí a bohužel tam byla opravdu velká zima. K dispozici sice byly přímotopy, což oceňuji, ale i tak bylo během pobytu dost chladno. Dalším mínusem byla velmi špatná zvuková izolace – bylo slyšet hluk jak z chodby přes dveře, tak i z ulice přes okna. Když například někdo parkoval auto venku, bylo to slyšet velmi výrazně, skoro jako by člověk stál přímo vedle. Pravděpodobně je to způsobeno staršími okny a dveřmi.

• Klaus (5/5): Nicht weiter zu emphelen, leider - Die Lage und die Raumgestaltung. Hallo, gute Ideen in der Raumgestaltung. Aber das war es schon. Keine Heizung im Bad(eiskalt). Schlechte Heizung im WZ kalt in der Küchen Ecke. Es fehlen Sachen wie Trockentücher, Geschirrspüler und oder Spülmittel, Fußmatte für nasse Schuhe. Die Badewanne ist eine nette Idee aber nicht mit freien Blick auf die Toilette. Vorhänge verdecken die Heizkörper, dadurch bremst es die Heizung. Wände eiskalt. Dadurch sehr ungemütlich. Das ganze Haus eine Bruchbude, kein Parkplatz... und nicht wie beschrieben nur 5 min Fussweg.

• Antonia (4/5): Nicht zufriedenstellend - Geschmackvolle Ausstattung auf den ersten Blick. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieterin. Als wir angereist sind, war das Zimmer nicht bezugsfertig. Erst 2h später war das Problem gelöst. Zunächst hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert. Das Problem wurde recht schnell gelöst. Trotz Fußbodenheizung war es im Zimmer immer kalt, sodass die Handtücher nicht gut trocknen konnten. Das Badezimmer hatte keine Abluft, sodass immer eine hohe Luftfeuchte war. Die Handtücher haben sehr muffig und modrig gerochen.

• Elena (3/5): - Hezké a moderní vybaveni Nefungovalo topení, coz ubytovatel vyresil prenosnym topenim a zima nebyla. Nejvetsim zklamáním bylo to, ze nebyla ani tepla voda ! Jako to jsem zjistila až vlezla do sprchy ! Neměli byste právo poskytovat ubytování bez teplé vody !!!!! Další věc: záclony ani neroztáhneš jelikož je to přízemí a vídej tě kolemjdoucí
• Marco (4/5): Kalte, laute Nacht im schönen Zimmer - Die Lage ist gut und die Möbel/Ausstattung sehr gut. Sauber Als wir ankamen waren wir etwas schockiert, das Haus ähnelt Außen und im Eingangsbereich einer Bruchbude. In unserem Zimmer waren 3 Fenster geöffnet und bei ca. 12°C Außentemperatur war das Zimmer dementsprechend ausgekühlt. Dadurch das sich ein Fenster nicht richtig schließen lässt (wahrscheinlich weil alle Rahmen und Beschläge 10 mal übermalt wurden) und weil die elektrischen Heizkörper an der Wand trotz nachjustieren am Touchpanel nicht funktionieren wurde es im Zimmer nicht wärmer als 17°. Weiters war unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss genau zur Straße gerichtet und man hört alles was auf der Straße und dem gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz passiert im Zimmer.
