• clara (7/5): - La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla metro. La casa è spaziosa e c'è tutto il necessario. Il check-in e l'accesso alla struttura sono molto pratici e veloci! Le uniche due pecche che mi sento di segnalare sono state la mancanza di caffè (non fondamentale, ma sarebbe stato molto gradito) e poi non sono stati forniti i coprimaterassi per il divano letto. La camera da letto era da due persone e la mia amica si è dovuta un po' arrangiare con le coperte che abbiamo trovato senza coprimaterasso e copricuscino.
• Eugenia (6/5): - letto molto benfatto, lenzuola morbide contatto con il gestore solo mezzo WhatsApp e solo 3h/giorno chiave del portone non funzionante (solo codici) nido di piccioni in balcone (con conseguente sporcizia - tanta)
• Esther (5/5): Bien solo si se te va de precio el centro - La tranquilidad del lugar. Cuenta con un ascensor (aunque es pequeño). El sofá cama es incomodísimo, su colchón no llega a los 5 cm de grosor. Los utensilios de limpieza aunque son nuevos, son muy justos. Nos dejaron 2 rollos de papel para 4 días y 4 personas. Gel, champú, balleta de cocina y jabón de cocina eran muy, muy justos también. En utensilios de cocina no hay prácticamente nada: ni un trapo para secarte las manos ni una cafetera... El precio es bastante alto y la estación de metro más cercana se encuentra a 13 minutos andando. Está a unos 40 minutos de cualquier punto de interés. Ademas, la llave de la puerta de abajo no funcionó.

• laura (1/5): - Il portone d ingresso era rotto e non c era la chiave per entrare. Praticamente sequestrati … Uno dei due occupanti doveva per Forza rimanere in casa. Abbiamo disturbato il ragazzo del quinto piano per poter entrare in casa!!!

• Carlos (9/5): - Ciò che ho apprezzato maggiormente è stata la possibilità di contattare l’assistenza in caso di emergenza: pur non avendone avuto effettiva necessità, ho comunque ricevuto utili consigli, persino di domenica. Un ulteriore aspetto positivo è stato l’impianto di aria condizionata, presente in entrambe le stanze e particolarmente prezioso considerate le elevate temperature degli ultimi giorni. • Ilaria (6/5): carino, ma non so se tornerei - Alloggio sempre in questa zona in quanto ho degli amici in quartiere, questo appartamento si trova a 15 min a piedi dalla metro, la zona è residenziale e ci sono due supermercati nelle vicinanze e anche una farmacia. L'appartamento ha una modalità di apertura tramite telefono, una sera non riuscivamo ad aprire la porta neanche con il codice e siamo andati un po' nel panico. C'erano due mazzi di chiavi all'interno (insieme ad un paio di orecchini non miei), uno aveva la chiave della porta così l'ho provata dopo aver avuto quei problemi tecnici ma non funzionava benissimo neanche la chiave. Non ho trovato una grande pulizia, abbiamo spostato il letto perché mi era caduto l'elastico per capelli e dietro era pieno di polvere, stessa cosa al bagno dove mi è caduto il tappo del dentifricio e sotto ai mobili era davvero sporco. Il box doccia aveva due soffioni all'interno, uno di fronte all'altro, ho utilizzato quello ad altezza regolabile ma il tubo sul quale si muoveva era staccato dalla parete e anche piuttosto arrugginito... Non c'è la moka, ma solo caffè solubile, che non è proprio il massimo, ma magari è un appartamento che viene affittato più spesso a stranieri e non ci fanno troppo caso. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo, dopo aver alloggiato altre volte in altri appartamenti molto più carini e puliti in zona, non è dei migliori.

• Chukwuerika (9/5): - It was a clean, roomy and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood, 8 minutes away from the nearest tram and about 15 minutes away from the nearest metro. It had niceties like an iron, washing machin, electric kettle and an a.c., which was needed for the hot summer nights. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I missed the presence of a guide for the apartment, a coffee machine and detergents for the washing machine. In the end, it wasn't difficult to figure things out but these items would have been nice to have.

• Fabio (8/5): Overall satisfactory - The apartment I rented was overall satisfactory. The kitchen was well-equipped, providing all necessary appliances and utensils, which made cooking convenient. Additionally, the apartment had air conditioning, which was a great relief during the warmer days. However, while the apartment met most of my needs, it did not exceed expectations in any particular way. The area, while quiet and offering ample parking options, might not be considered the most attractive in Milan. This location, though peaceful, lacks some of the charm and vibrancy found in other parts of the city.

• Danylo (10/5): Nice apartment in the residential area outside of the city centre - The apartment is better than I expected for the price. It's a roomy apartment with a spacious bed, a writing table, a sofa, and two balconies. Lots of kitchen utensils. TV in both living room and bedroom with a Netflix account if you need to bide some time while charging your phone :D The cleanliness level was high as well. Even though the area is a bit far away from the city centre, it's an interesting part of the city. It is a bit different to the central area and being there gives a better perspective on the city's life. There is a nice local café bar nearby. Next time in Milano, I will stay in this apartment if possible. 10/10
