• Ksenija (8/5): Wunderbar - Es ist sehr gemütlich, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf die Fragen geantwortet. Wir würden es auf jedenfall weiter empfelen. In der Nähe hat es auch sehr viele Shopping Läden und Duomo ist sehr einfach zu erreichen mit Tram und auch zu Fuss. Es war in 3 stock und man konnte den Lift der vor der Wohnung stand nicht benutzen fand ich schade wir gingen am späten Abend gerne aus mit hochen Schuhen aus da war es sehr anstrengen leise runter zu kommen und danach wieder hoch mit ein paar Drinks.
• Megan (7/5): - Very clean little apartment, about a 20 minute walk from the Duomo, staff very helpful and quick at replying to messages. Could do with extra pillows as only one each, shower very small and had to turn off everything to be able to use the kettle, curtains in the bedroom let all the light in.

• Annaline (7/5): Good - Kind personal and fast answering. The apartment looked neat as well, like the pictures :) No spices or similar for cooking and not a broad choice of service in the kitchen.
• Guido (8/5): Nice modern flat walking distance to Duomo - Very nice and stylish modern studio. Well.. first, the three flights of stairs without elevator, available for some residents but not for the travelers that books this apartment.. And when you arrive with luggage reaching the floor is challenging… Second, all the kitchen appliances are there but without cutlery, plates and cups many of the available appliances are just useless..

• Andrii (2/5): Wasted money and bad experience - It is 20 minutes walk from main attraction, safe entrance, public transport is close, not far from main train station. Basically all thy was good about this property was location. Problems started right at arrival. Their instructions to enter the building didn’t work, there was an elevator right in front of our apartment, which people use, but we were denied access because manager just played “we don’t know” and disappeared. They require you to sign rental agreement as if you were renting 1+ year with all smallest details if you break anything or do something they don’t like. Apartment itself is ridiculous. It is cold because of the “ventilation” whole in the wall. You have to run air conditioning 24/7. Best part is that if you want to cook and wash your clothes- electricity will shut down. Be aware of your devices charging. Conditioner in the shower was filled with water instead of actual conditioner. After 11 PM drunk people screaming under the window as there are a lot of bars nearby
• Ufuk (5/5): It would be difficult to choose again due to negative reasons. But the house was very comfortable an - The house is really comfortable and cozy, the tea and coffee left by the host was also very sweet. I felt really comfortable inside. First of all, if you have big or heavy luggage, the house is on the 3rd floor and there are a lot of stairs. The elevator does not work inside. And if you go in the winter, it is very difficult to warm up inside the house, so it is very cold. The location of the house is 20-25 minutes walking distance to the center. This can be a bit challenging. Unfortunately, I did not like this because I wanted to be closer to the center.

• Lucy (10/5): A great apartment for a great visit to Milan - Amazing email communication from the host right from making the booking to actual day of arrival (even sent a you tube video). Excellent sized apartment. Great to have a separate living space with TV and sofa to the bedroom. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water. Dishwasher and washing machine available but didn't use. Location very close to a supermarket and a tasty pizza/pasta restaurant so great after a long day sightseeing. Not dislikes at all rather suggestions for improvements. Sharing a Google pin to exact location would be beneficial as we found the street but took us a couple of minutes to spot the building (our fault as we didn't understand the Italian address format). A blind on the kitchen window for extra privacy. Maybe a key to the lift for help with suitcases and/or food shopping (the stairs did us good though and balanced out all the pizza and pasta eating!)
• Igor (9/5): Superb - Best value for the money, relatively close to city center, kitchen appliances are great. Apartment could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, sound isolation is not great so you hear nearby apartments.
• Stephanie (10/5): Best choice I made - The place is amazing, a new apartment with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The space is really good, very clean and smells fresh. Everything you'll need is a few steps away (public transport, market, restaurants, bars, bakeries, parks) and you can arrive to the city center in 20 minutes with public transport. Booking didn't sent me all the instructions to get in but I called the owner and he was friendly and helpful (even let us making a early checking) Grazie mille! The elevator wasn't working so going down with the luggage was a little hard. But it didn't stress me, just a minor thing.
