• Alice (10/5): - The host Thomas is especially friendly and helpful and helped us after we arrived with two flat tires. Absolutely hands-on! He took us to the mechanic, helped us sort out the problem and we know that he would offer his help anytime during our stay. The flat was perfect, clean and tidy. We stayed with four people and couldn't have been happier. We loved everything!

• Laurent (10/5): Highly recommended place! - Very well maintained condo across the street from playa Langosta with very nice pool and BBQ area. The apartment itself is very clean, with all amenities and a large terrace, overall fits very well for 4. The host is super responsive, enabled an early check in which was much appreciated. Overall a great stay, merci Thomas!
• Craig (7/5): Not the best but not the worst condo I’ve rented in past trips - The pool was very nice but shaded in the afternoon. Location was good just across the street and a short walk to the beach. Far enough from Tamarindo to avoid traffic and crowds. Near to several good places to eat and drink. The outside balcony is spacious. The owner was accommodating and got us a new coffee pot when the one in unit did not work. The unit is on the 3rd floor and not high enough to get a good view of the ocean or sunsets. We had to rent a golf cart to get anywhere or it is a good walk to Tamarindo. Too far for after dinner! The owner insisted on being paid in cash even though his ad said he accepted credit cards. He charged us vat14:% an and a cleaning charge on top of the Booking.com advertised price..

• Gary (10/5): We had a wonderful family vacation and my grandson was super excited to jump the waves all morning long and thrn hit the - First of all Thomas was exceptional. He met us upon arrival, showed us around and got us all settled in. He responded quickly to every question we had and gave the best recommendations. The property is located 1.2 km outside of town and a mere $4:00 uber ride takes you there. The beach is close by and it's just incredible. It's quiet, sandy with the best waves. The sunsets on the beach are phenomenal and not to be missed. The hotel pool and hot tub are an added bonus. They are clean and well maintained. There's a supermarket within walking distance that is well stocked and an ice cream store right outside the condo with two restaurants next door. Overall everything was perfect. We weren't impressed by the towels which had seen better days. Thomas was quick to replace them though. The cutlery, pots and pans should be replaced immediately as they have definitely served their purpose many moons ago.
