Le finestre sono dotate di tapparelle elettriche che consentono di ottenere una completa oscurità. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e mi ha assistita con qualsiasi dubbio avessi. Penso che la possibilità di aprire le porta esclusivamente tramite app (senza possibilità di avere una chiave fisica) si aun po' scomoda, sopratutto se si dovesse perdere/scaricare il cellulare o per chi non ha una sim italiana e si affida al wifi.

• Eddie (5/5): Modern facilities but location isn't great and cleanliness could be improved. - Nice, modern room and facilities. The cleanliness of the room was poor. When we arrived, the bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied, the water in the coffee machine had scum floating in it, the handwash was empty and wasn't refilled during our stay. Other reviews mention the location is great. It wasn't in our view. It's a 20 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo and around 35 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain.

Especially appreciated the sparkling water machine as a sparkling water lover :) Self-service entrance is really practicle and staff are always ready online to help. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

• Federica (10/5): La scelta ideale per un weekend di svago - La struttura è in una posizione strategica se si deve raggiungere l'Auditorium Parco della Musica; inoltre si trova in un quartiere servito da bar, supermercati e ristoranti. L'accesso (apertura e chiusura) avviene totalmente in automatico tramite cellulare, ma anche se non ho incontrato l'host Monica è stata sempre cortese e disponibile via telefono. La stanza era di dimensioni essenziali ma dotata praticamente di ogni comfort: 4 cuscini più uno extra, un letto spazioso con materasso comodo, macchina del caffè Nespresso con capsule, acqua gratuita nel frigo bar, ciabattine monouso oltre a diversi kit per l'igiene in bagno, asciugamani morbidi e sufficienti per una notte, doccia spaziosa. Menzione speciale per la pulizia generale della camera. Nulla, l'unica pecca è il bagno non finestrato.

We walked from the apartment to the city every day and back, which we were very pleased with. The room was beautifully furnished and clean and smelly every day. The bed was great. • Melinda (7/5): Had a wonderful time in Rome and the Domus guest house was part of making it an enjoyable stay - The location was great and the rooms were lovely There needs to be more information about the online check in and the use of your phone as a key to the building and room. I was hesitant to send my passport photo online because I didn't realise I would not be able to do a physical check in. I was also considering not paying for a Sim card and if I didn't get one I would not have been able to get into the property without internet. A detailed explanation is needed when booking on booking.com about this process so guests come prepared.

Very well serviced by buses and trams and great local restaurants I thought it was going to be in a stand alone hotel, but it is part of an apartment building which was a bit of a shock, but it is very well done once you are on the first floor and inside the rooms. It would benefit from a lounge area

• Francescobaldi86 (9/5): Superb - The Place Is really nice. Super clean, comforting, just enough space to feel at ease. The water dispenser in the common area is really a nice plus. Also the bathroom is nice, with a very fine shower. There is no lobby, but you can get assistance by calling or WhatsApp, and they are super nice and responsive The location isn't great. It's true that it is conveniently close to a tram stop, but if you get a room with windows facing the main street it gets soon very noisy because of the road traffic. The room is also a bit pricey. Nothing exaggerate compared to Rome standards, but paying more than 100 € a night for a room with no hotel lobby is honestly not great.

Loved that it had cleaning service every day and that fresh still and sparkling water was added to our mini fridge. Easy and clear communication with the host was also helpful. It was a bit of a walk to the center! But we are used to that with Roma. Also limited options for the tv but we didn’t use it much.

The room was immaculate, tidy, and felt brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The bathroom is stylish and spotless, with excellent water pressure and hot water. It was truly comfortable and well-equipped. It looks and feels just like the one from the big and famous hotel chains. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, providing useful tips and making us feel super welcome from the moment we arrived. Their genuine hospitality was a highlight of our stay. Located in the heart of Rome about 12 mins walking from Piazza del Popolo, the hotel offered easy access to major attractions while maintaining a peaceful and not-so-touristic atmosphere. I highly recommend this mini hotel to anyone visiting Rome – it’s a true gem! It's not cheap, but it delivers the best price/value we've found in Rome. Our room was facing the street. If you like to sleep with open window, best to ask for a backyard view.

• Mary (10/5): Wonderful stay about 40 minutes walk from the Colosseum - Nice quiet room in walking distance to main tourist sites (e.g. Colosseum) and close to some solid restaurant options. The property has an interesting setup where you gain access to the property using your cell phone to open the doors, but it is not hard to figure out. The rooms themselves are clean and quiet with unobtrusive maid service every day.

Nice, firm and comfortable mattress on the bed. Great location with really good restaurants and bars nearby. Just a short walk to the Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso. There was no hot water in the shower on our last morning. Don’t know what happened there as it had been great with really good water pressure for the rest of our stay.
