Yuliya (5/5): Average stay with unusual surprises - We liked the location and the design of the apartment. Great views. Good size. Very strange that we needed to bring our own bedsheets/pillowcases. There were no basics like bath towels, bath mats kitchen towels, tea, coffee, sugar etc. Bathrooms were really outdated. Self service apartment literally means that we needed to clean up everything and leave how it was, which is not a problem as we usually strive for that, but being instructed to wash and dry dishes return to their locations....we started to question what we paid such a high rate for. The whole experience of checking in and out is very inconvenient, needed to drive 5 mins both times. Were asked for extra ID and bank cards. Our reservation wasn't found straight away, had us confused. An all together and average experience for not an average rate.
