• Archana (9/5): It was excellent appartments, only feedback is if it can be mentioned that tram 7 is near the apartm - If it can be mentioned that tram stop is nearby that would be great. As while walking from station on arrival was a bit strenuous and there were multiple stairs needed to climb with luggage. Once we worked out the tram stop which was only 50 metres away afterwards it was very smooth.
• Songül (10/5): Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. - Tesis bahçe katında geniş , kullanışlı ve ferah. Keşke tüm 1+1 evler böyle olsa.Tramvay ve tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde. Temiz,evde aradığınız her şey mevcut. Evde küçük hoşgeldin hediyeleri olabilir. Çay ya da kahve belki küçük çikolatalar gibi;)

• Mario (2/5): Disappointing stay, ant infestation, no Wi-Fi, poor communication - Location Disappointing stay, ant infestation, no Wi-Fi, poor communication Point of contact: Kajaalini Nathan Experience: We arrived to find our apartment overrun by ants, nothing had been mentioned beforehand and had to involve the agency to relocate us. They agreed to move us (and to cover taxi costs), but only to an entirely different neighborhood far from the original location and asked us not to mention anything to the neighbors, since that unit “isn’t supposed to be rented.” The second apartment also fell short: a “Wi-Fi” sign in the living room turned out to be misleading (no network existed and the sign itself was gone). When we asked for a late check-out to recoup the lost time, our request was denied, beyond an extra hour, provided we stayed in the apartment in case cleaners arrived. In the end, we’re still waiting on our taxi reimbursement; our point of contact, Kajaalini Nathan, apologized but was unable to resolve it. Pros: Agency did eventually agree to relocate us Point of contact was responsive (though unable to fully remedy issues) Cons: Ant infestation with no prior warning Original and replacement apartments poorly described (no Wi-Fi, wrong location) No late check-out offered, despite significant inconvenience Taxi refund still outstanding Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this apartment or its management.

• Galina (10/5): Perfect experince - Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Perfect for 4 people. Equipped with everything you need, within walking distance to the old town. Kind and responsive host, ready to help us at any time. Thank you!
• Cagri (9/5): Superb - Flat is specious and clean. Very close to the central. Tram station is close by Coffee maker and kettle are ready to serve but could find any coffee capsule or tea bag to have.

• Randi (10/5): A very nice flat, good space - The flat was nice and quite close to the old town. It was good space for 4, and the sleeping sofa was comfortable. I would come back and will absolutely recommend!
