• Marie Noëlle (10/5): - Cet appartement était parfaitement adapté à notre séjour à Montréal : central, proche des transports en commun (y compris pour rejoindre l'aéroport), proche des principaux sites à visiter (musées, Vieux-Montréal, quartier des spectacles ...), calme et très bien équipé.
• Valérie (9/5): - L'emplacement, l'aménagement (petit mais très bien organisé), le confort du matelas, la propreté, l'accueil a l'arrivée L'air climatisé etait défectueux et ne fonctionnait pas la nuit. Il ny avait pas de tire-bouchon.
• Sara (9/5): Convenient location for a solo visit - Convenient location that is close to transit, shops and restaurants. The studio has everything you would need for a stay, including a kitchenette (no microwave though) and washer/dryer. The bed is a pullout couch but is comfortable. It is small, so would be suitable for one person. It wasn’t stated in the policies but I noted other reviewers had mentioned it and was helpful to know: guests are asked to take out the trash, put things in the dishwasher, and strip the bed at the end of their stay.

• Aaron (7/5): Overall had a great stay here - Great location, quiet and clean A bit on the small side, no where to keep your luggage without it being in the way. The bed is also pull down sofa bed which was quite small.

• Wing Lam (8/5): Everything is good and convenient. - Everything is clean and tidy. It feels cozy. The Christmas market only 10 mins walk. Many restaurants around which is convenient. The staff of the building is not friendly to us. He asks us why we did not say hi to him once we get in the building. It feels like he is the resident and we are the staff.

• Maria (8/5): Perfect for a trip to explore the city - The appartment is close to an underground station. The old town is only a short walk away. The appartment is fully equiped with everything you may need. The bed was comfortable.

• Agnes (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist sehr neu und in einem super Zustand, außerdem war es sehr sauber. Es gab alles was man benötigt, sogar Kaffee und Tee. Zudem war der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und generell super nett und hilfsbereit.

Fenster und Gardinenstange ergeben eine gefährliche Mischung! Das fenster kann nämlich nicht geöffnet werden, weil sonst die Gardinenstange nach unten kracht! Unfall Gefahr. ⚠️

• Reichert (3/5): Super Lage, aber einmal reicht - Die Lage ist super, um Altstadt und Down Town zu erkunden, aber auch der Rest der Stadt ist bequem mit Metro erreichbar - von der Station Berri-uqam fahren alle Linien. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. An sich genau richtig, wenn man nur ein paar Tage die Stadt sehen will. Es war nicht möglich, das Gepäck früher abzustellen, aber gut, ein relativ später Check In war vereinbart. An sich OK, da nach dem letzten Checkout noch geputzt werden muss - wenn es dann auch gemacht wird. Allerdings habe ich bei der Abreise einen angebissen Schokoriegel am Sofa gefunden und habe nun Zweifel, dass das wirklich gründlich gemacht wurde. Zudem kamen vorab schon mehrfache lange Nachrichten im Ton einer Rechtsbelehrung darüber, was man alles nicht darf und vor der Abreise machen soll - u.a. die Bettwäsche soll man abziehen UND(!) in die Waschmaschine tun (wo schon benutzte Wäsche drin ist(!)) und den Müll soll man auch noch rausbringen...Ah ja, und dann auch noch bitte eine Stunde früher auschecken, als in der Buchungsbestätigung steht. Das alles ist ziemlich unüblich und war mir dann einfach zu blöd. Wie man die zweite Tür im Haus aufbekommt und die Appartment Tür abschließt, durfte ich selbst herausfinden. Es war zwar eine Nummer hinterlegt, wo man anrufen konnte, aber sie ist nicht auf WhatsApp oder Telegramm registriert, sodass man wirklich ins kanadische Mobilnetz anrufen muss wenn dann. Also kurz: nochmal muss nicht sein.
• Vanessa Faia (8/5): Excelente relação qualidade preço - O apartamento dispunha de todas as comodidades necessárias para passar alguns dias, com uma cozinha bem equipada e uma boa casa de banho. A cama era bastante confortável. Apesar de a zona do alojamento ser bastante central estava bastante perto de uma rua onde paravam muitos drogados, o que criou algum sentimento de insegurança, apesar de não ter havido nenhum incidente. Não havia serviço de tv/streaming e o frigorífico fazia algum barulho durante a noite.

• Angie (8/5): Good stay especially after a long road trip. - The property was cleaned and had AC which is a plus. It was a bachelor condo which was a good stay if it’s only 2 people. The location was right in downtown and was near Chinatown and all other key areas. The part of st.catherine in which this location is located in is a bit sketchy (only at night). If you are a family or tourist just be careful around that area.
• Rémi (10/5): Logement idéalement placé pour visiter Montréal sans voiture. - Bonne Organisation du logement, un petit espace bien étudié. Literie confortable, et tout le confort indispensable : frigo congélateur, lave linge et sèche linge etc. Il manque un peu de vaisselle, exemple, nous n’avons pas trouvé de saladier, même pour deux personnes c’est bien pratique.

• Lillian (10/5): Great apartment in a nice building that is centrally located to all. - Centrally located. Walkable to everything. Apartment was very clean and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Super cute and with great elevator service. Contact person was responsive to all communications. Neighborhood is sketchy. Lots of homeless and drug users on the streets. Daytime is fine but nighttime felt somewhat unsafe, if you are walking alone. There is however, lots of police presence.
• Fardel (10/5): PARFAIT - J'étais un peu inquiète en lisant les avis sur le logement et pourtant c'est un super endroit. Il y a des rideaux obstruants donc pas de lumière ni la nuit ni le matin-Il y a tout l'équipement et plus (Grille pain-sèche cheveux-lave linge-sèche linge-lave vaisselle cafetière avec du café déjà sur place-tous les produits de base-douche-cheveux + base pour la cuisine ). Le lit est très confortable. Oui il y a des personnes en situations d'itinérance dans la rue parce qu'il y a un foyer d'accueil pas loin MAIS ils sont super respectueux, pas agressifs, pas insistants...juste ils sont là. L'emplacement est IDEAL pour visiter Montréal. L'appartement est calme. P.S si votre avion est le soir il y a des consignes à 6 Dollars a la station de bus Berry-UQUAM.
• Laetitia (9/5): - L'appartement est en parfait état, petit mais très bien agencé, propre et bien équipé. Le lit est très confortable. L'accès est bien sécurisé. Les échanges avec le propriétaire étaient amicaux. Le seul bémol est l'emplacement. Il est très central, mais cette portion de la rue Sainte-Catherine ne m'a pas fait sentir totalement en sécurité.

• Christopher (9/5): Overall, a really nice stay, great location, clean, and convenient. - The location and access to the building were excellent. The room is fully furnished as a small apartment, with kitchen, laundry, dishes/utensils, linens, etc. One window opens slightly. I wish the windows could open more to allow more fresh air. Although I didn't mind loading the laundry into the machine, I think that the hosts should do that so that bathroom and kitchen items are washed separately.

• Diana (5/5): Passable - The little apartment looked just like the photos and was more than adequate for a short visit to this city. The property was easy to access and clean. There was plenty of linens and soap. The owner responded immediately to issues. Teddy was very nice! According to him, the heat for the unit was controlled by the building and there was nothing he could do to adjust it for us. It was 26.5 degrees at night! This made sleeping almost impossible. We had to sleep with the window open (24.5) but the street noise from the bar and homeless people in the area was horrible. The fire alarm for the building went off twice, once in the middle of the night. Needless to say, we did not sleep well.

Nothing. There was street noise late into the night but the unit was very well soundproofed from the neighbors.

• Jeanine (9/5): Superb - Very space efficient and clean! Close to Metro and necessities. Wonderful communication with the owner - quick, polite & understanding. Everything you'd need to stay a few days. We were unsure of how to get the bed folded down and how to best move the couch out of the way. Tried to be as quiet as we could but much of the cupboards and shower closed with magnets so it was too easy to have them slam. The curtains were very translucent so if you plan on sleeping past sunrise, bring an eye mask.

• Wendy (10/5): My 20 year son said that if he had to live in a city this is the apartment he would like to live in. - It was very comfortable and simple. We went for the Montreal GP and the location was perfect. It was very easy to get into. It isn’t the property’s fault. The lack of parking is typical of most cities, but the people that hang out at the parking garage are shady.

• Christelle (10/5): Great place, would recommend to anyone!!! - Loved the location, close to everything downtown Mtl as well as quick access to 2 main metro stops (St-Laurent & Berri-Uquam). Some of the best restaurants in the city are super close too like Toqué, Molière par Mousso, Bouillon Bilk. The apartment was brand new and super cute and modern. Also had a Nespresso machine like mine at home and was able to have espressos at my leisure since I brought capsules with me. Walking Ste-Catherine East at night can be a little creepy, quite a few homeless on that street unfortunately, hopefully the city will do something. Anyways it’s isn’t dangerous at all, just more unsettling for a woman on her own.
