- Rod (1/5): Very poor service. - Location Room had not been serviced on arrival. Previous guests turned up looking for something they forgot, we had to let them in. Room was not serviced until sometime around 3pm, we were never notified that it was ready, we just returned around 4pm and it had been done.
Balcony was dirty as was balcony furniture, bedding was lacking with a doona in cupboard but no cover on it. Dust on all upper surfaces.
Communal toilets in lobby were not clean.
- Simon (6/5): Nice and comfortable apart from getting into the apartment. - Property was good , we had problems getting into the property we had no email to inform us how to get in , or where to park . On are balcony we had a cigarette butt , I thought it was a no smoking policy there , also are fridge was dirty in the salad tray just hadn’t been cleaned . Other than that nice stay and location in a nice location.

- Nathan (9/5): Perfect location, spotlessly clean - So handy and central to everything. Clean and tidy with all the essentials.
- SHARON (9/5): Loved it - Very modern, everything about this accommodation was very comfortable, would definitely recommend this place, the of site landlord was very engaging messaging with updates as well They only negative for us would be that there was some sort of electric motor humming that would come on in the morning then afternoon for a couple of hours

- Amanda (4/5): 6am Noisy Room Beside completely Ruins Stay - Location, clean unit, not so much clean outdoor area. Very loud noise from 6am everyday in room beside. Like a very large air conditioner or vacuum system room. Will not stay here again and will not have others stay when noise is an extremely loud humming sound that you cannot escape.

- Mandy (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable apartment. Good stay in Townsville - Location The noise, the bathroom fan of the other units is particularly noticeable, and someone left theirs on for hours.
The bedroom could do with a blockout blind, the light from corridor very bright!
X2 bedside lights would be more comfortable
- Watson (8/5): As above - Everything I rang early the day after arriving about the fridge making a lot of noise which kept us up at night. No one came to fix it and no feed back to see if it was fixed. 8 nights of high pitched noise from the fridge. Other than that it was amazing.
- Sandra (7/5): Great location but dated facilities - The location was great, right on The Strand so close to lots of places to eat. Well appointed kitchen with all utensils and basic appliances provided. Coffee pod machine was a bonus even though we didn't use is as there are excellent coffee shops nearby. Although the apartment itself has been refurbished, the building and facilities are very tired and dated. The carpark is a scene from a horror movie (flickering light included). The elevator is also a bit sketchy.
The balcony is unusable as it looks straight into several of the neighbours apartment and we had to keep the curtains shut to avoid all the other tenants being able to look straight into our living room. This defeated the purpose booking somewhere with a sea view as we did not feel comfortable using the balcony.
The security light in the walk way is right outside the bedroom window and doesn’t turn off overnight, so this apartment is ideal for those who like to sleep with the lights on.

- Dr73 (9/5): Perfect location - Unit 28 The Strand is perfectly located, easy walk to beach, rock pool, restaurants, eateries and Coles shopping centre. Nice balcony to view Coral sea and Magnetic island, and watch all the walkers exercising on the strand walkway.
Unit 28 is well decorated and has everything you need for a perfect stay.
Holiday hosting Brandi is easy to communicate with and a pleasure to deal with.
Parking spot provided undercover in secure garage.
Lift from basement to pool to front door and level 3 where unit 28 is located.
Your front balcony views the water and your entrance door views Castle rock, perfect value for money. Nothing unit 28 is perfectly located and value for money. Brandi has the best unit in Townsville
Unit is Air conditioned in bedroom and lounge room, a ceiling fan would be nice

- Jean (6/5): Pleasant - Location Difficulty to access, wrong wifi code given, no bed lamp, no tissues, noisy neighbours, difficult to contact manager, TOO many rules.
- Susan (9/5): Overall lovely. - Netflix account appeared to have expired on my second day - would be great to have instructions for the Smart TV actually as not intuitive. Only real issue is the noise at night from town coming into the bedroom, which is at the rear of the apartment.

- Kylie (10/5): The most productive part of our stay was being so relaxed!!!!! - The unit was well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The balcony had lovely beach views and everything we needed, cafes, pubs, groceries, water park, were in close walking distance. With off-street and undercover secure parking, we will definitely stay here again!!!!

Very clean, great location, great views, great Manager who was very helpful. The pillows were too soft for us, but that’s a personal preference. :) The lift in the complex is slow.

nd buy (washing powder, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags etc...)
Bath towels and beach towels were provided
Overall, it was a fabulous stay and would definitely return
