- Maksimova (DK) (8/5): - It was a cosy apartment in a good building block. Windows are sound-proof, so we were not bothered by the close location for the airport. Apartment is equiped with washing machine and there was a small grossery store very close to the apartment. WiFIi worked well and the TV had many chanells. It was quite annoying that there was not enough kitchenware. For example, we were four and there was only three forks which was quite annoying as one of us had to use spoon every time we ate. It is a small thing which I believe the host can easily improve. Another thing: it was difficult to find a rubbish bin where we could dispose bags with trash.

I liked the app instead of keys to open doors, and once I figured out how to use it - it worked well.
The regular contact from the owners via WhatsApp was excellent and very reassuring. Hard to control the heating, and the wind whistling through the patio doors made it noisy (It was very windy).
Finding the place to put rubbish was a challenge.

- Shaina (10/5): Ideal flat for getting to Excel - Lovely spacious flat for 4-5 people. It was clean and there was everything you needed including tea/coffee/ sugar towels and hairdryer. 20 min walk from custom house and Excel London. There's a nisa and a takeaway on the premises which was convenient Instructions for check-in were confusing but the host was super helpful and responsive.
