• Ramy Hamed (10/5): - I really loved this apartment! It had everything I needed, including great air conditioning, excellent water pressure, and a well-stocked kitchen. The terrace was fantastic, and I even enjoyed seeing the lovely cat hanging around outside. It's a very affordable place, and I would highly recommend staying here again. Nothing to dislike.

• hyejung (7/5): - C선 근처에 있어요 로마시민들이 주로 사는 곳이고 관광지에서는 좀 멀어요 . 공용현관으로 들어가서 개인현관으로 들어가면 되고 오른쪽에는 침실 왼쪽에는 거실공간과 화장실 주방이 있어요. 주방 끝에는 문이 있는데 마당공간이 있어요 방은 전반적으로 깔끔한 편이고 호스트는 친절합니다. 중심지에 가려면 좀 멀어요. 81번버스타고 나보나까지 약 1시간 정도 걸려요 밤에 길에 사람이 없어서 어두어지면 나가기 무서워요 6일을 있어도 방을 청소해주지 않아요. 1일을 있으나 6일을 있으나 1박당 금액은 같은데 이해가지가 않았어요 재활용도 스스로 해야해요 고양이가 밥을 달라고 주방쪽 문에서 밤새 쳐다보고 있는데 좀 소름끼쳤어요.(그문은 유리로 되어있는데 커튼이 없어서 가릴수 없어요) 고양이가 방출망도 거의 다 잘라 놨더라구요 세탁기가 마당에 있어서 비가 오거나 저처 고양이를 무서워하면 이용하기가 불편해요 히터거 방이랑 거실에 2개 있는데 두개를 킨 상황에서 렌지사용하면 스위치가 내려갔어요

• Marie Christine (9/5): 5 jours super - Appartement très propre, fonctionnel. Bon lit. Machine à laver le linge pratique quand on voyage. Beaucoup de commerces, supérette et bars à proximité. Bus 81 et métro qui dessert les principaux sites touristiques à 500m. Aureliano est un hôte très gentil et réactif. Présence d'une Chatte ( Fragola) très câline mais qui ne dort pas à l'intérieur. Quartier très calme. Je recommande vivement. Marie Christine et Jacques Rien.

• Francesca (6/5): Spooky settings, lovely people - The location was 5 mins from the Metro line The place was attached to an abandoned place, the terrace was not clean. It was eerie during the evening.
• Anna (10/5): - Apartament idealny dla 3 osób. Jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba, pościel, ręczniki. Przystanek 5 minut od domu. Autobus ( co 15minut) dojeżdża do wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji. Właściciel bardzo pomocny.
• Emmanuel (9/5): - Heerlijk bed, goede badkamer, airconditioning en de geweldige kat Fragola die de buitenkoer regeert. De eigenaar is ook super behulpzaam en sympathiek. Vraag zeker naar zijn tips voor goede restaurants in Rome. De buurt is een beetje shabby hier en daar, maar dat hoort erbij in Italië. Het is er in elk geval veilig en dat is het belangrijkst.

Means of transport are a 5-minute walk away. The owner is a great guy, and his recommendations are very cool. We want to come back because we didn't manage to see everything we set out to do.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed the stay. It had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, clean, located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. For people who love animals there is a very cute and friendly cat outside on the terrace that is waiting to be fed and caressed. Also, the owner, Aureliano, is very kind and friendly. We recommend it. It is located quite far from the city center (about 40-50 min), but it was not a problem for us, we liked seeing more of the city while traveling by bus.

• Akash (9/5): Lovely - overall very nice and clean apartment with all facilities you need (specially if travelling with family), it has a little garden too . Host Aureliano is very friendly and approachable. Good value for money, however commuting to city center is a little pain as we need to travel with kid and metro/bus frequency is not bad but not very good too (specially changing platform in San Giovanni metro station takes a lot of time and energy ).. so if you plan your travel properly then this place is a very nice option with super markets near and restaurants near by.. overall excellent value for money if you have done decent planning for commutation! none
• Aileen (10/5): Perfect base in Rome - Aureliano is a fantastic host. The apartment is unassuming on the outside but very stylish on the inside with a cute terrace. Aureliano went out of his way and provided food to cook with, water and entertainment including a projector and PlayStation. The resident cat is also adorable. Cannot recommend this apartment more!
• Kalliopi (9/5): Comfortable apartment, away from the city centre - A lovely and clean apartment, in a quiet neighborhood. The double bed was big and Comfortable. Near to the metro station and close to many nice restaurants. Aureliano was nice, caring and available. The only problem was the inconstant hot water Flow in the shower. We informed the owner and he responded immediately. He did the best he could to solve it.
• Emil (9/5): Superb - Great apartment with nice terrace. Wonderful host with outstanding availability, Aureliano was always available for any questions. Apartment had all furniture and even more. We also had a projector with Google Chromecast to watch Netflix directly from mobile during the evening. And the most important you can even feed and pet the friendly cat :) District where apartment is located, have a lot of restaurants, cafes and more. Also near apartment is located a grocery store. The one and only flaw is distance from the apartment to historical city center. You can get there by metro or bus, but the most reliable mean of transport is electric scooter or bike.

Apartment was very clean, and included everything for cooking, and basically everything for comfortable life. Very nice terrace, where we had breakfast every morning. Comfortable bed and really quiet place, so we slept very well. And very friendly and nice landlord. We loved this place and I highly recommend it🤗.
