Melinda (8/5): Fantastic location in Sawtell with the ocean at the back door! - Fantastic location! We did miss the luxury of air conditioning (but there was a nice evening breeze).
Eftihia (3/5): Disappointing, no response to email, lack of facilities. - good instructions easy to find, beautiful location on the water. the TV is broken, there is no wifi to connect so you can not connect to the apple tv, there is NO reception to be able to use your hotspot. There is not bath although it says bath so. Unfortunately this is listing has some false advertising and i do not know if it will be rectified as i have not had a response to my email 5 days ago.

Allison (8/5): Loved staying and would love to stay again if fly/security screens were installed - Loved the view, location and size of townhouse Having no fly/security screens on any doors or windows we couldn't leave them open at night Also no air-conditioning, fans deemed useless in master bedroom as the room never cooled down at night making it very hard to sleep.
