• Zeynep (10/5): Great location even greater host 🥰 - Great location, very close to the center by walking. Our host Cecilia is a gem. She was always available- even constantly checking if we needed anything, if were good. She is very helpful and very friendly. Many thanks to her ❤️ The apartment is well equipped and cery comfortable; specially bed & pillows. A coffee machine and a balcony is available. Please be aware of that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (like 60 steps) and there is no elevator and don’t complain afterwards- its not host’s fault. It is stated so you know before you book. Highly recommend this apartment. All was perfect.

• Ayala (9/5): Wonderful stay in Florence! - Wonderful spacious place, a lot of light, nice design, comfortable rooms and living room. Cecilia was so helpful with anything we needed, and the location is great too. 3 flight of stairs was the only thing we didn’t like, the rest is really great

• Angelika (10/5): Richtig gut!!! - Diese Wohnung ist ideal! Sehr zentral gelegen, groß, hell, mit guter Heizung bei Bedarf, sehr ruhig nach hinten raus, vorne auch, wenn man die Fenster schließt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten gerne wiederkommen! Ein paar Küchenutensilien haben wir ein bisschen vermisst, z.B. ein Sieb, eine Teekanne, einen zweiten Topf, einen Kochlöffel. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, vom Mikrowellenherd über den Wasserkocher bis zum Toaster. Vielen, vielen Dank!!
• Diana (9/5): хорошая квартира с удобным расположением - Хорошее расположение. Мы ходили в центр пешком, около 25-30 мин. До ближайшего магазина 7 мин пешком. Апартаменты чистые. Есть все необходимое. Достаточное количество полотенец. Даже соль-чай-масло. Посуды хватает. Микроволновка в наличии. Есть стиральная машина и капсулы к ней. Сушилку для белья нашли на балконе) Сама квартира светлая и большая. На кухне есть милый балкончик. Нас жило 4 взрослых и ребенок. Всем хватило места. Диван в гостиной не раскладывали, нашли дополнительную удобную кровать для ребенка. Что очень важно (мы были в марте) есть регулируемое отопление. И кондиционер тоже работает. Общение с хозяйкой было через WhatsApp. Всегда отвечала оперативно. Из мелочей. Нет лифта. 3й этаж. Тапочки хорошо иметь свои (не предоставляют). Рекомендую к проживанию. Все отлично.

Directions to reach the house and collect keys were very easy to follow. Excellent location: close to everything but quiet. The matresses were a bit hard, and for winter the house is a bit cold, but that's most places in Italy...

• Maryna (9/5): Nice and cozy apartment at the center of Firenze - The apartment is very interesting in its planing, and very comfortable. It is spacious and I very much liked the bathroom which is conveniently arranged and has a big shower. The water pressure and temperature was good. Also, it has a washing machine. The bed was comfortable. And the place was warm - it has AC in both rooms and one could add heat /cold if needed. Even though it is located in central part of the city - the area is quiet and we did not experience and noise or disturbance at night. Cecilia is a great host - fast responding and always in touch in case anything is needed. We had a great stay! I would definitely recommend!

A lakás tágas, jtiszta, ól felszerelt. A zuhanyzóban egy magasabb ember is jól elfér. A kis erkély is nagyon tetszett. Mi hárman voltunk, a galériát nem használruk alvásra, a klímák jól működtek, kellemes hőmérsékletet biztosítottak a nyári melegben. Szívesen visszamennék!

• David (10/5): Highly recommended for a pleasant vacation - We stayed in this authentic Firenze home Appartment for few days. The apartment’s location is a 10 minutes nice walk from the Duomo, and is close to all major attractions of the city. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and gives you the feel of a real local. The apartment was very clean; cutlery, bedding and all.. It was very comfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking. We stayed during wintertime and the apartment was always warm and cosy. Cecilia, the owner of the apartment made sure our stay would be perfect. Highly recommended for a pleasant vacation.
• Nikki (10/5): First visit to Florence - The appartment was fantastic, much bigger and better than expected and our host, Cecilia, was amazing! She was very welcoming, very friendly and incredibly helpful, even though we had only booked to stay the night before we turned up! We were very central to everywhere we wanted to go and had the best time exploring Florence for the first time. We would definitely stay there again. No negatives apart from the stairs to the appartment at the end of a long day walking. Wouldn't put me off staying here again, though.
• Renae (9/5): Spacious, good location, nothing fancy but met our needs and expectations. Thank you - Spacious, big shower with good water pressure and nice warm water. Good counter space in the bathroom especially with the washer near by it was nice extra counter space, beds were comfortable, apartment was clean. We had some trouble opening the door so some clear instructions may be helpful to others. A little stool in the shower would go a long way. A place to set shower toiletries and a foot while shaving. Maybe instructions for the washing machine in English could have been helpful.
• Melody (8/5): I’d stay again due to location, spaciousness, and value for the money. - Location was perfect. The apartment was very spacious with a nice open living area and kitchen. Lots of storage for clothing, bags, etc. The host was very gracious in letting us check in early so we had a place to store our bags whilst we were out and about. Only a couple of coffee pods for a three day stay. Certain appliances required grounded/rated receptacles of which there were only a few. Couldn’t blow dry your hair in the bathroom as an example and had to move the microwave across the kitchen to find an appropriate outlet. There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.
• Yan (7/5): Good location and responsive host, enjoyed our stay. - Good location, host is friendly and accessible by WhatsApp and checked on us everyday to make sure everything was ok and gave some recommendations of places to go, also allowed us to leave our luggage’s at the apartment before check in time. Baby cot and high chair were provided. Bed was clean. Washing machine available. Not enough toilet papers and shampoo was given for our stay. There’s four level of stairs without lift. There’s no fly screens so we couldn’t open windows.

• Jonas (9/5): Super centric but quiet location excellent for a family or group of 4. - Super centric, but still quiet at night. A large, roomy apartment with all the amenities one needs including a washing machine (great at 36C temperature outside!). The host was responsive and sorted everything out rapidly. A little welcome description on paper would be a nice touch e.g. with the WiFi password (it's beneath the router) and some such.

• R (10/5): excellent apprtment for the center of Florence at a great price - Host was very professional and very accommodating we booked last minute and they where all ready for us very kindly offered a late check out and gave very thoral and complete explanations on how to get there and how to enter the apartment is a typical one of the center of Florence very clean and spacious kitchen well equipped and also very clean and neat good air-conditioning -a rarity in Italy - everything was very good

Easy to get to all the sites by walking that we wanted to visit. Thermostat was different than what I’ve seen before so it would’ve been nice to have some simple instructions. We got through it fine though.

• Bandar (7/5): It was decent and we did enjoyed it - The size was so good and comfortable, the space was clean the kitchen tools don’t even consider using them, I don’t suggest to get elders here due to the place being in the 3rd floor with no elevator.

• Hongling (8/5): the property is good. - the room is clean and comfortable. close to the main landmarks. nice living room and bathroom. no elevator if heavy luggage. we asked for the early check in and be allowed by the booking system. but the staff was very confused about the early checking in. she insisted on 3:00 pm. finally we allowed to get in the house.

• Jagoda (7/5): Good for the short stay in not super hot months. - Location is the biggest advantage. Appartament offers space, full equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove, coffee machine) and wi-fi access. There is also a washing machine which I found as one of the biggest benefits. One A/C unit - not sufficient to reach bedroom and upstair bed- it’s too hot to sleep there (heat from roof). Mosqitos- we got from the owner RAID device second night and bought also our own 2 - without them it’s hard to sleep. I agree from previous users- tap in the shower needs a change of direction. We were missing also at least start set of coffee. I bought same brand capsules- apparently wrong ones :( Usually other owners share a bit information, where to eat, what places are around etc. (It’s not necessary but nice to have).
• Louise (8/5): Perfectly located & comfortable but a bit noisy - Great location, you can’t beat being a 10 min walk from the Cathedral. Host was really helpful and stayed up late to check us in. Coffee and small amount of toiletries provided. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning is a very small unit in the living room which doesn’t reach the bedroom. This was mitigated as we could sleep with the windows open but this meant quite a lot of street noise late at night with people exiting bars and restaurants so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Also lots of mosquitoes in the summer months.
• Mitchell (9/5): Very nice apartment and in a beautiful area of Florence. Everything is within walking distance. - We had some problems accessing the property, at first, but the hosts were very communicative and we were able to get into the property within an hour after arrival
