- Schmid Fera (4/5): Einmal und nie wieder! - Beqweme Betten, Moderne Wohnung, nahe am Strand, Sauberkeit, Der check in verlief nicht wie geplant um 15:00 erst um 15:40. Uns wurde nichts mitgeteilt, die Bestätigung für den Portair am Empfang war bid 15:40 nicht angekommen. Er hat uns nur in die Wohnung gelassen, weil wir unsere 2Jährigen Sohn dabei hatten.
Beide Toiletten/WC funtionierten nicht, telefonisch über Whats app und über Booking per Nachricht musste ich mich mehrmals bei der Agentur/Apartmentvermittung melden. Telefonate wurden nicht abgebommen, rückrufe gab es ebenfals keine. Auf Nschrichten wurde erst am 2Tag reagiert...danach am 3Tag...und repariert wurden beide Toiletten, ohne under Wissen und Darsein am 4 Tag!! Bis heute hat und niemand mündlich oder schriftlich informiert! Es lagen Private und Wertsachen im Apartment von uns...der Portrair hat uns informiert das Handwerker bei uns unangemeldet im Apartment waren, reingelassen hat er sie nur weil ich ihn täglich über unsere Situation informiert hatte. 2Erwachsene und 1 klein Kind, 4Tage ohne funktionierende Toilette!
TV konnten wir, 2 Erwachsene nicht anstellen. Wir glauben das beide Fernbedienung keine vollen Bstterien hatten....den egal welche Knöpfe wir gedruckt haben..nichts ging am TV.
- CathyJ (9/5): A great spot to stay in Copacabana - Location is very good, close to the beach and easy walking distance to so many restaurants, 2 metro stations, the Thursday market. Easy to uber anywhere else.
We had lots of room being only 2 of us, and this was nice halfway through a long trip. The washing machine was most appreciated. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and everything in the apartment is functional. We enjoyed our time here but we do have some suggestions.
It would be good to have screens on the bedroom windows as there were quite a few mosquitoes in October.
Though there was a drying rack near the washing machine, there wasn’t anywhere to hang towels in the bathrooms, not even a hand towel, so hooks or rails would be good. Also the ensuite basin lacks somewhere to put soap - a small dish would help.
Three extra pieces of information would also help:
1. The apartment is managed by Pineapples - I didn’t know that and ignored an earlier email thinking it was spam. This could be listed when you book.
2. There is an extra tap in the kitchen - I had to ask if it was drinkable and only then were we advised not to use it.
3. There are reminders to ‘take out the trash’. As everywhere has different rules for this I asked about it. There is no recycling and I was told to ‘dispose of it’. Not very helpful. It turns out you ask the doorman and he points you to the bins in the garage. It would be easier to know this upfront.
