• Dariana (8/5): Great location and a good accommodation, if you’ve never been to Napoli. - The location is great and the terrace view is fenomenal. The room is cute and spacious and is great for a shorter stay. The place is marketed as an apartment, which is incorrect. The accommodation is a room in the host's house with access to their rooftop terrace. If you want to bring friends over, this is not the place for you, as the hosts only informs you of their no visitors policy after you are at the location. The kitchen is a "kitchenette"; there is no stove or sink, and if you need to wash dishes, you must do so in the bathroom sink, making the entire dining experience uncomfortable. Furthermore, there were poo markings in the toilet when we checked in, and most surfaces were dusty, which made me question the hygiene of the location.

• ian (10/5): - Access to the rooftop was amazing, providing a fantastic sea view. Apartment was clean and comfortable, facilities superb and Andrea was the perfect host, made us very welcome and made it clear that he was available to help with anything but otherwise left us to it, which was the perfect balance. I couldn't have asked for more and would recommend Margherita 109 without hesitation. The local area has some top class restaurants and the main city centre is easily walkable. Fenicular railway and main Trainline are on the doorstep. Would return in a heartbeat. 🙏🏻

• Petrou (10/5): Perfect ! - We had more than a great stay at Andrea’s appartmentat Chiaia ! The appartment is sunny, spacious, the view from the terrasse is amazing ! The placement is perfect ! If we have to visit Napoli again for sure we ll choose his appartment ! Andrea is very helpful ! We recommend 10000000% ….

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was super charming, with a lovely mezzanine kitchen that added to its character. The highlight was definitely the spacious terrace with breathtaking views overlooking Naples – absolutely stunning! The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back!

• Sian (9/5): Superb - Fantastic view from the roof terrace, very comfortable bed and convenient for local transport. The nearby funicular was particularly useful. Welcoming and friendly hosts. A minor point but it would have been helpful to have a tray or basket to carry crockery, etc. up and down the stairs.

• Melania (9/5): Amazing stay and beautiful terrace with an incredible view. - It was super clean and quiet. We had a lot of towels, shampoos, shower gels, body lotions, water, coffee, marmalades, bread and butter. The terrace upstairs was incredibly beautiful and big with amazing views. Chiaia is also a nice area in Naples. We went during Halloween time - the host prepared a room with Halloween decorations just for us, which was super sweet. The host also gave us tips regarding restaurants and when it may get busy in Naples (for example due to SSC Napoli match), etc, which was very nice of him. He also kept on checking on us, if everything is great. The sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but the double bed was great. To go from metro station, the road is a bit steep, but it is just a 10 minute walk. Still, I recommend it! ✨
• Constantinescu (10/5): Great location, amazing views, very clean and confortable setting, very kind and supportive host. - Very kind, friendly and supportive host, a welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch, the location close to the public transport but also the view of the port and the sea from the terrace were amazing.
• Ana (10/5): We loved it and felt like in home in Napoli. - Beautiful building and decor, just like in the photos. Very functional and well equipped. Privileged location at the top of Chiaia, 20 minute walk to the sea. Hosts were very welcoming, specially their daughter who was extremely kind to my little one. We didn’t have any problems but bare in mind that the stairs to the mezzanine are not the safest for young children.

• Sarah (10/5): Absolutely lovely and good value for money. - This place is amazing. Very clean, has all amenities including towels, shampoos, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and is very well maintained. We quite liked the interior as well, nice and vibrant colours Andrea is a great host, he was very helpful. He gave us recommendations and helped us book a taxi when we were leaving. He was very responsive to our requests and kept checking if everything was ok. He also left some snacks and welcome drinks. The terrace is absolutely amazing, very nice view of the sea and the city. It has tanning beds and a cute sitting area with nice lightings. The location is nice if you are looking for a quiet area away from the center. Just a 10 min walk to Plazzo Amedeo where you can take the metro to the city center and central station. The neighborhood is nice and safe with great views. Nothing.
