Marilia (7/5): Great location, could be better for the price - Excellent location. 2min walking from the Vienna Stadthalle, so great for concerts. Only 7min walk from the Westbahnhof, too. Clean small apartment with all the amenities: private bathroom, hairdryer, kitchenette, stovetop espresso maker, toaster, etc. Good water pressure in shower, water heats up nicely and quickly. Large double bed. Good and fast communication with the host via WhatsApp. Be aware you must input your personal info into a third party website before checking in. This was not clear before, but the host explained the procedure afterwards. Was just surprising for us as there was no information about it beforehand and we had never had this on any previous stay over Booking.com before. No floor rug in bathroom, so we had a very cold and slippery floor after showering. Thank goodness we don't have mobility issues. Only one single large towel provided per guest, not even a small hand towel for bathroom. Bathroom faucet is terrible. Water comes out in every direction but down. Very, very steep price, considering.
Bogdan (1/5): Bad - there was not heat. the property was informed about the problem (the stay was in december with 2-3 degrees outside), and they did nothing but tell me that they informed the handyman which never came. very rude to keep clients in cold during a winter stay. avoid this accomodation ! i even asked for a refund and they said they can only give me 10% back for the heating problem :), which of course i never got back even that 10 % :). liars !
