Küche und utensilien nicht sauber gereinigt !! Geschirrspülmaschine und caffetiera waren nicht gereinigt und mit kafferesten versorgt !!
• Simon (9/5): Zeer fijne accommodatie! - Het was er schoon en netjes. Zeer ruim appartement met alle benodigde faciliteiten (keuken, vaatwasser, airco, wasmachine, vriezer/koelkast) aanwezig. In de centrale entree van het complex staat de gezamenlijk vuilcontainer. Dat is iets minder fraai.

• Simon (10/5): Great location, comfortable base for touring Rome. - Communication from the owner, prior to arrival, was excellent and the arrangements for entering the property worked perfectly. The location was ideal, a short walk from the main railway station and a number of attractions and local restaurants which provide some delicious food. The owner was amazingly helpful and accommodating, making the stay hassle free. We really enjoyed our stay and as a base for touring Rome and visiting Herculaneum, Pompeii etc this was an excellent choice.

Accessing the apartment was simple and building was very secure and a lift was available. Like the use of keys rather than using an app Nothing
• Susan (10/5): The apartment is very roomy - clean and well decorated. Just a few blocks from Termini. Perfect! - Fantastic location! Host was helpful and professional, giving us recommendations for restaurants and checking on our stay. Could have used a microwave, but did fine without it.
• Dave (10/5): Clean, spacious, comfortable and convenient location - would definitely stay again - Great host, spacious rooms, clean, and overall very comfortable. 5 minute walk to Termini station (trains, metro, buses, taxi stand, pharmacy, grocery store, food court and shops). Pleasantly surprised to see great storage spaces (dressers, closets) for unpacking and storing clothes. No issues at all with street noise, and nice to have an elevator. Wifi was fast and reliable. Had a good number and variety of electrical outlets - was able to use Type C / L and F adapters. Absolutely no regrets at choosing BCH L3D for our stay in Rome. The sound of the water pump every time the water was turned on. Not sure if the pump could be enclosed in a cabinet, but would be nice to have a door into the kitchen that could be closed to make it less noisy. But each bedroom has a door, so this helped some. It would be nice to have a way to warm up food (sandwiches we purchased at Termini). A microwave or small toaster oven would be great, but if these are not an option then a small baking pan to use in the oven. Without these, we used a frying pan and the gas burners on top to warm up food.

• William (10/5): Great place to stay. - Great communication with the owner. She was extremely helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area. The location was perfect for getting around Rome and sightseeing. The property had an elevator, making access with luggage very easy.
• Dhamendra (10/5): book this accommodation! It is excellent for exploring rome - The property was spacious, modern, extra comfortable beds. It was very quiet and we had great sleeps. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathrooms were amazing!!! The living space was super comfortable and amazing. The apartment was 5 mins from termini station walking so easy to get to and super central to explore rome. Our hosts were attentive and checked in through out our stay, answering any question big or small and always happy to give recommendations. Thanks Milena you made our stay wonderful! Nil.
• Chenjuan (10/5): We would book this property again if we visit. - Good location, easy access to Termini station. We even walked to Trevi Fountain and Sant’Angelo, and Santa Maria Majore is very close. Clean and beautiful, air conditioning works very well. The hostess Milena is very caring. She offered useful information without us asking.

• David (8/5): Would return without hesitation. - Wonderful location as a base from getting around. 3 mins to Termini. Clean, well equipped and plenty of space. And a unique feature of apartments in historic old buildings, good water pressure!! (a little bit at the cost of the sound of the pump). The remote checkin process is smooth with support from the staff, plenty of recommendations of where to go, where to eat, etc.. Good fast wifi : 500down/300up ! The owner is very responsive and supportive with any questions. Only downside is that other residents in the building kept using the door buzzer to the apartment. This could would be at all hours. We discussed this with the owner, and he promised to address the issue. The rating is hit only due to this issue.
