• Ozren (9/5): - Large apartment 5 minutes from the main pedestrian zone. Clean and comfortable with a parking space. Edita the host is accomodating and friendly. AC is a bit old and could be replaced for better comfort.

Pribora i posuđa ima i više od očekivanog. Stan je opremljen svim pratećim sadržajima da našoj petočlanoj porodici ništa nije zafalilo. Vrlo prijatna vlasnica nas je sačekala i odvela do stana. Srdačan pozdrav za nju, a svima koji budu čitali ovu recenziju preporuka za ovaj stan. Blizina centra i pristupačnost svih gradskih sadržaja je takođe veliki plus lokacije na kojoj se stan nalazi.

The apartment was very spacious and spotless, and we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The location was excellent, and having a covered parking spot was a big plus. There’s a café right below the building and several markets nearby, which was very convenient. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had such a great time here and would love to come back! • Patrik (9/5): Great accommodation in the center – we would definitely come back - The apartment has an excellent location – just a 2-minute walk from the city center. The street is a bit livelier, but the convenient location more than makes up for it. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and even nicer in person than in the photos. A big plus was the balcony and two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group of five adults. The beds were comfortable, although we would have preferred slightly firmer mattresses – but it wasn’t a problem at all. The host, Lydia, was kind and accommodating – she waited for us even though we arrived around 9:30 PM. Communication was smooth via the app, which translated our messages, so everything worked well even though she doesn’t speak English fluently. We booked the apartment three months before our arrival, and the price was one of the best in this area. It offers a great balance of quality, space, location, and price. One small suggestion – it would be nice to have at least some basic black tea or a bit of coffee in the kitchen for the first morning, so guests don’t have to run to the store right after waking up. Not a complaint, just feedback on how to make the stay even better. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation, and if we return to Banja Luka, we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Pretty good for rest, as well as for going out. Speaking about location I have to say that's great place, calm without any noises, you can chill and relax for sure. Moreover rooms were clean and tidy + fully furnitured equals comfortable. Speaking about internet I would say it was pretty good. Free garage it is a big advantage. Communication with the host went perfect. Highly recommended. See you again!

Very secure parking is available in a garage under the building. Apartment smelled on cigarettes. There was only one air condition located in the living room and it was old and was not working. Very uncomfortable for hot July stay.
