• Daniel (7/5): great family stay. we will absolutely stay here again - location was Aawesome. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Pool was nice. we didnt pay extra for heating so we didnt use it much. having to pay extra for pool heating and grill use is silly. Its a Disney vacation, we only would use the pool on down days. paying so much extra to heat the pool made it not worth it. Had the pool been heated we would've used it much more, but we didnt travel to use the pool. Living room furniture was patio furniture and VERY uncomfortable!

Standards of cleanliness - generally around the property, a greenish, greasy-looking, grimy, unappealing pool, tired and beaten outdoor furniture. Much in need of redecoration and a facelift.
