• Sura (1/5): - Otağımız çox çirkli idi, dəyişmək istədikdə dəyişmədilər. Üz dəsmalı yox idi, yorğan belə qoyulmamışdı. 2 nəfər üçün 1 nəfərlik yorğan üzü vardı. Səhər yeməyi çeşidi çox az idi. Bir sözlə şəhərdə 4 ulduzlu yer üçün heç də ürəkaçan bir yer deyildi.

Çok gürültülü bir otel .Yan odanın bütün gürültüsü duyuluyordu ve odayı değiştirme talebimiz reddedildi.Kahvalti çok ama çok yetersizdi.Havuzu hiç kullanmadık,temizlenmemisti ve küçüktü.Odemeyi nakit alma konusunda baskı yaptılar,kredi kartını kabul etmediler.

• Ahmed (7/5): There are improvements but hotel staff is very good. - Staff was friendly and supportive. Specially the guys sitting at reception. Hotel rooms were very noisy, we could hear everything from other rooms literally everything. Breakfast could be more better, and timing should be flexible. All tours start a 8 or 8.30 in the morning but they provide breakfast only after 9.

Good value for the money . a bit old and some equipment like the clothe hanging steel in the washrooms was easily broken, the cupboard under the sink was dirty . They just change twice the towel in 5 days stay .

• Renji (10/5): Lovely staff at the White House Hotel - The staff are like a family and treat you as an honoured guest. Very helpful, always with a big smile, flexible about late checkout and quick with check-in Special thanks to Teymur, Sabir, Arzu, Natasha, Vasif and Afaq who made our stay a very warm and comfortable one. Breakfast: if there could also be a hot dish without egg it would be good for those of us who don't eat eggs!
• Prince (10/5): Excellent - Breakfast so delicious, we enjoy it every morning. Your staffs, are so amazing and friendly, they provide us with free drinking water for other hotel we never experienced that.

• Tomasz (8/5): Very good - Spacious room, separated table and another desk for computer. Very good value to money. The address can be confusing - booking.com says its no. 21 whe it is really 151 - I was disoriented at the first moment. Facilities a but worn out, but nothing really wrong.
• Ravi (10/5): Awesome - The location is awesome, Super markets nearby, very close to the city centre. The staff is awesome, specially Wasif turned every stone to make our stay comfortable. I will surely be coming back to this property whenever I visit Baku again Nothing.
