• Lech (10/5): Perfect - We will be back for sure! - We loved everything. Fully functional apartment in very nice location. Superb owners. We enjoyed easy access, easy parking, perfect spots for evening walks. I love running so I enjoyed paths around i could jog on. Apartment felt like home and certainly is one. Gives you home feeling. We loved being able to have living room to spend evenings watching TV with wine and snacks. This is not negative but it would be perfect if it had coffee machine (at least one of the Nespresso Pod ones)

• Rudiger (10/5): Wonderful apartment, with an unbelievable sea view - Using BOOKING.COM since quite some years this is the first location where the reality exceeds ones expectations by far. Being a typical German who usually finds shortfalls of various kinds easily ...Usually nothing really too bad i.e. images and descriptions which are having a tendency of overselling but here at WATERFRONT 309 , everything was 100% precise and accurate and the reality of the place made us speechless ; welcomed by David, the friendly owner we were informed about all necessary things and we felt home from the very first moment. Everything in the apartment is of of top quality, tasteful interior well above standard of everything we have experienced so far, all appliances are of top brands, … there was absolute nothing to criticize. From our point of view 10 BOOKING.COM points are not enough … this place is so far above of everything we have experienced so far … ..(and that are quite some around the world ) There is absolutely nothing to mention

It is so comfortable, the decor is beautiful and has the best views and lovely to go for a walk along the Bay. Eateries and a shop downstairs are also very handy. We couldn't recommend David's place highly enough. Thank you David, we'll definitely be back! 🌟 Nothing

• Michael (10/5): Very nice experence - David was very easy to deal with, he met me at the front of the building and showed me how to get to the room, took me for a tour of the room, it was spotless, showed me where everything is and was super helpful, view was better than I thought it was going to be and the sunrise in the morning was superb. I don’t have any complaints, room was spotless, the hotel in general was very clean, bed was comfy, fridge was already cold when I got there.
