• Linda (9/5): Very nice, hospitable stay. - Hartelijke ontvangst van Nunzia. Onze vlucht was vertraagd, maar we hebben haar op de hoogte gehouden en konden nét iets voor 24.00 uur gewoon nog inchecken. Ruime kamer met fijne bedden. Badkamer vloertegels zijn wel wat glad, maar we hebben een handdoek als badmat neergelegd en toen was het geen probleem meer.

• Andreas (6/5): - Nunzia war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für einen Städtetrip genau das richtige B&B, da günstig gelegen. In der Nacht etwas laut durch den Straßenverkehr aber dafür ist man halt fast mitten im Zentrum.
• Lena (8/5): Mycket bra. Ägarinnan var fantastisk. Hon löste allt på ett väldigt sätt. - Rummet var jätte fint. Rent och fräscht. Ägarinnan var också toppen. Hon var hjälpsam och löste allt när vi missförstått vissa saker, som tex utcheckningen. Det var lite svårt att hitta. Fanns ingen skylt utanför med namnet. Frukosten var tyvärr inte så bra. Vi fick en voucher till ett kafé över gatan. Det var inte bra. Hade vi stannat längre hade vi gått till ett annat ställe och betalat för frukost.

Mauvaise isolation phonique, les fenêtres laissent entrer tout le bruit de l’avenue en contrebas, surtout les fenêtres de la salle de bain. Une odeur d’eaux usées se faisaient sentir dans la salle de bain. L’ascenseur est payant.

• Karina Adolfsen (10/5): Hadde et veldig fint opphold og verten var superhyggelig. Anbefales! - Rett ved siden av togstasjonen og pick up point for ulike tours vi var på. Gangavstand til Spaccanapoli og sentrum også! Rommet var stort og rent og hadde alt vi trengte. Frokost fra Louis var kjempegod og verten var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende!

• MarcoPolo (5/5): je garde malgré tout un souvenir mitigé de Naples j'ai apprecié ces quartiers pop et ces restaux - Petit déjeuné trop simple (1café,1viennoiserie,verre d'eau).De plus a l'exterieur il faut traverser la rue. Ascenseur payant lorsque le gardien est présent (pas le coût du prix 5 cts mais embêtant.) Pour les renseignements c'est pas sur place il faut utiliser watsap (nous avons vu la personne 10 minutes durant tout notre sejour.) le quartier est dangereux cours Garibaldi nous avons été agressé 10 minutes après notre arrivée nous n'avions pas posé encore nos valises.IL y avait du monde dans la rue personne a réagis. Vous comprendrez facilement que nous n'avons pas plus pleinement apprécier notre séjour du a ce regrettable incident.

• Leyli (8/5): Great place and host and absolutely recommend. - Very close to central railway station and to the old city parts as well. Our room at the front side could be a little noisy at times as there is a busy road in front of the property. It wasn’t too bad though. Didn’t needed earplugs.

• Zela (9/5): Consigliato!! - Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questa splendida struttura nel cuore di Napoli e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città a piedi e vivere appieno l’atmosfera napoletana. Le camere sono accoglienti, pulite e curate nei dettagli, ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Nunzia, sempre gentilissima, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza: la sua cortesia ha fatto davvero la differenza e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Consiglio assolutamente il pernottamento in questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri a Napoli. Ci torneremo sicuramente! 🌟

• Giulia (4/5): Wc chimico e senza bidet, anche no. - La struttura è in una posizione strategica, vicina a tutti i servizi. Nunzia è stata super accogliente dandoci la camera prima dell’orario check in, in quanto era già pronta, e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino a sera dopo il check out avendo l’aereo tardi. Il bagno non aveva il bidet, non so se ci fosse scritto nella descrizione della camera, ma in Italia lo ritengo un requisito fondamentale per cui non ho prestato attenzione. Inoltre il WC era chimico e ogni due minuti (di orologio) faceva un fastidioso rumore di scarico, giorno e notte. Infine il copri materasso era piccolo per cui di notte ci ritrovavamo a dormire direttamente sul materasso infeltrito, disgustoso. Ah e sulla testata del letto c’era una patacca di origine non ben definita.

Migliorerei i servizi igenici, nel bagno era presente la.caldaia un po troppo rumorosa ed anche cambierei la rubinetteria.

• federico (10/5): Ultraraccomandabile. - Comodissimo per chi arriva in treno. Da li In 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Spaccanapoli e tutto il centro. Massima disponibilità per risolvere una richiesta non dovuta. Bagno grande, pulizia, letto comodo, bel arredamento, chiavi per entrare e uscire in massima comodita' e autonomia. Si fa colazione al bar di fronte e il gestore è molto cortese.

• Salvatore (5/5): Buono ma non tornerei - Struttura carina posizionata vicino la stazione. All’ingresso ci ha accolto una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile, che ci ha spiegato subito tutto. Colazione in un bar di fronte con personale molto gentile e roba fresca Buona posizione se volevate utilizzare la metro/stazione. Distante dal cuore del centro storico se voleste passeggiare a piedi Bagno totalmente da restaurare con scaldabagno all’interno dello stesso. La finestra della camera non si poteva aprire rendendo impossibile affacciarsi o far entrare un po’ di luce naturale. Quando l’ho fatto presente avrei gradito che il forno successivo al festivo qualcuno venisse per risolvere il problema, ma così non è stato! Aria condizionata molto vecchia

• Christina (10/5): Perfekt boende! Nära tågstationen och alla sevärdheter! Skulle absolut bo här igen. - Vi gillade att det var så nära från tågstationen Termini, enkelt att gå till hotellet . Värden Antonio var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig och gav oss många tips vart vi skulle gå , sevärdhet, mm. Läget är perfekt om du vill ha nära till allt! Kändes också som ett trygg område . Väldigt fint rum , rent och fräscht! Frukosten är på ett café rätt över gatan där du får välja mellan olika drycker och croissanter. En enkel men trevlig frukost.Vi skulle absolut bo här igen om vi åker tillbaka . Vi blev väldigt förtjusta i Neapel, en rolig stad att besöka. Precis utanför boendet finns en hop on hop of stopp, vi köpte n dygns biljett och åkte runt första dagen . Fick en bra överblick över staden direkt så det var väl använda pengar !

• Mirna (8/5): Perfect base to explore Naples - Great location, lovely host! Just steps from the train station, metro, buses, and a short walk to the old town. Nunzia is a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and welcoming with snacks and drinks. The room was spotless, with air conditioning, and breakfast in the café across the street had amazing coffee and croissants. The room and bathroom have a classic, well-used feel, and a refresh in the bathroom could make the stay even better.

• Roxana-Catalina (9/5): Very good location and services - Very good location, fair distance to the train station and old city center. Really nice room, with powerful AC to face the effect of outside temperature of July of 36-37 degrees Celsius. Closed to the famous Pizzeria Michele, the University and nice walking tour to reach the Beverello ferry station. The metro is a very useful and efficient way of transportation if you don't like to walk. Nice shops area on Corso Umberto I. Nunzia was an excellent host, she has offered a lot of information about the places to visit in Napoli or local businesses with traditional food (Il Cuoppo for very tasty fried sea food, etc) and also helped us to book a taxi with a fixed price as we were leaving very early in the morning and we didn't want to negotiate the prices. Uber has taxis as partners in Napoli and the price is not fixed when you are ordering a car, you have ranges indicated. Be prepared to have a coin of 5 cents if you want to use the elevator for going to the 2nd floor, otherwise the elevator is not working. You will be happy that Real Partenope is located on the 2nd floor and not on the 6th floor.

Durante la noche mucho ruido del.baño por El calefon y la cisterna. El aire acondicionado bastante viejo por mas que funciona. Para usar El ascensor durante el dia hay que pagar. Esperaba otra cosa.
• Bev (7/5): - The hostess was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, not far from train station and buses, also plenty of shops nearby. The breakfast was at a cafe across the street, and this was a delightful place. Aircon kept the room nice and fool. There was a kettle, but no tea or coffee etc, but we provided our own so it was ok. Also, the fridge was not working, but our stay was short, so we didn't need it.

You can leave your luggages before check in and after check out which is crucial for a trip. maintenance is needed for furnitures and air condition.

Mal insonoritzada, s escoltaven els cotxes i sorolls del carrer Teníem la caldera al nostre bany i connectada amb un altre habitació, feia molt soroll cada vegada que s engegava. La barra de l armari esta lligat amb un cordill i, el mes important, no ens van netejar l habitació. Vaig reclamar però em van dir que netejaven cada dos dies. Un desastre

Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilezza di Nunzia e Antonio che hanno predisposto una festa di benvenuto per il nostro 40 anniversario di matrimonio e che ci hanno illustrato/mappato la città con le sue meraviglie da scoprire. Abbiamo fatto colazione presso il bar posto di fronte alla struttura con ottime brioche e caffè napoletano accolti dal gentile Federico. Consigliamo vivamente la Struttura B&b Real Partenope .

• Vanessa (6/5): Naples - la qualité d'accueil et la prévenance du personnel/ des propriétaires. du Service de qualité : messages avant d arriver. dépôt de bagages avant l heure et après la nuitée- en attendant le départ de l avion. personnel très attentif. c'est vraiment agréable : le jeune femme a même réservé le taxi pour nous afin de nous éviter l escroquerie locale :) proximité d'un hôtel restaurant avec Rooftop Vesuve bar à voir. restaurant sympa et cela permet de prendre de la hauteur sur la Ville bruyante et sale Le concept: c'est un B & B sans le petit déjeuner. Le café croissant est à prendre dans un bar en face... le logement scindé en plusieurs chambres surprend à l arrivée et la qualité de la décoration, de la salle de bain et du lit nois amènent dans une ambiance particulière. la literie est globalement bonne mais le linge de lit laisse à désirer. Le protège matelas et le drap housse ne tenant pas, on a terminé à même le matelas et on ne s est pas senti très à l'aise sur ce dernier qui a dû en voir passer... salle de bain et sanitaire en kit. pas de télé. et la fenêtre pour majeure partie occultée- pas de visibilité particulière ascenseur à l'ancienne : fonctionne avec des pièces de 5cts. A prévoir : avec valises c'est mieux..

• Martina (10/5): Ci siamo sentiti a casa - Ottima posizione per visitare la città, e facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto vista la vicinanza alla stazione. Camera spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. Colazione italiana, ottimo caffè e cappuccino serviti da persone gentili e accoglienti, bar vicinissimo alla struttura. Tutto ok.

• Julia (9/5): Sehr angenehmer, unkomplizierter Aufenthalt - Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal, sowohl bei der An- als auch bei der Abreise konnten wir das Zimmer früher beziehen und später verlassen. Wir bekamen zu Ostern eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit indem der Kühlschrank gefüllt wurde. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es ist grundsätzlich sehr laut in Neapel, wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat dem empfehle ich Ohropax.
