• Annabel (3/5): Only positive was the location - The only good thing was the location. We were at a wedding down the road. The flat was really dirty, there were dirty handprints on the wall of the 1st bedroom. The front door looked busted which made us feel unsafe. The bathroom sink was blocked which almost flooded the bathroom! Then all sorts of gunk came out when it finally drained. We then checked and saw a review from February saying the same thing so they clearly havent done anything about it. We couldn't check in bedore 3pm (which is normal) and had to check out at 10am. I asked if there was an option for early check in but they said no due to needed adequate time to clean between stays but to be honest with you, I don't think they do a big clean! There was still towels in the washing machine! The kitchen sink is also disgusting!

• Marina (1/5): - Nada • El colchón de la habitación pequeña es excesivamente fino y carece de la comodidad básica necesaria para un descanso adecuado. • El sofá y los cojines presentan un grado de suciedad muy elevado, visible y perceptible al tacto. • La puerta de entrada a la vivienda no cuenta con cerradura funcional: el anterior inquilino tuvo problemas y actualmente no es posible cerrar la puerta con llave desde el exterior, lo que supone un grave riesgo de seguridad. • El lavamanos y el WC del baño se atascan con mucha frecuencia, dificultando su uso normal. • No se proporcionan herramientas básicas de limpieza (escoba, fregona, recogedor, etc.), lo que impide mantener mínimamente la higiene durante la estancia en caso de derrames o suciedad. • Los utensilios de cocina se encuentran en un estado de suciedad extrema, requiriendo una limpieza profunda antes de poder ser utilizados. Por ejemplo horno y utensilios básico. • La ventana de la habitación principal está rota y ha sido reparada de forma provisional con silicona, lo que afecta tanto al aislamiento como a la estética. • La ventana del salón presenta moho visible en la silicona y juntas, evidenciando problemas de humedad. • La vivienda carece de ventilación adecuada, lo que genera una acumulación de olores desagradables y persistentes en todo el espacio. • La lavadora fue dejada con ropa del anterior huésped y se indicó expresamente que no se debía utilizar ni vaciar, impidiendo por completo el uso de este electrodoméstico durante la estancia. Mi requisito era que tuviera lavadora/secadora, me dijo que no tenia modo secado, me puse a investigar y si tenia Además, la distancia real a la estación de Maida Vale es de aproximadamente 7 minutos caminando, y no de 1 minuto como se indica en el anuncio. En resumen, se trata de un alojamiento con múltiples deficiencias graves en materia de limpieza, mantenimiento, seguridad e higiene, no reúne condiciones mínimas para una estancia confortable y segura. 1100€ a la basura
• Figaro (5/5): Un séjour mal commencé... - Propreté calme proximité du métro ,quartier agréable. Gros problème a notre arrivée pour ouvrir le boîtier de la clé de la porte d'entrée.Ns étions obligé d'appeler un serrurier qui ns à fait payer 220 livres Sterling après 2h d'attente dans le froid. Nous sommes très déçu et espérons nous faire rembourser par Akrox que ns avons informé par email ou par Booking.com . Marlène FIGARO.

• Andrew (1/5): Terrible conditions, couldn't stay. - Location was close to underground stop, which was convenient. Problems: -found wet sheets for the sofabed hanging in closet upon arrival, and another bag of wet sheets in the other closet. -found soaked towels in the washer machine. Tried to run it to dry them and it just ran and then gave errors. -lower lock on the door had clearly been kicked-in in the past and didn't seem to have been repaired, could see light through between door and frame. -no active Wifi despite listing saying there was. There was a router, but nothing to plug it into. This also made the tv useless. -medical trash from a prior renter found in tv cabinet. -main bedroom previously had a tv on the wall but presently has the mount and wires hanging off. -main bedroom had pieces of a broken mirror on the door. -no exterior light for stairwell at night. -property and all linens smelled like smoke. Contacted the property manager after finding the sheets/towels/wifi issues and requested a refund, saying we couldn't stay with those conditions. Worst rental unit we've ever stayed in. We decided it was bad enough that we left after the first night and took the risk of losing the cost of the remaining 3 nights of our stay. So far, the property manager has not issued any refund.
• Wan (10/5): Lovely stay at maida vale - Location is very strategic, close to shops, cafes and the tube station. Able to reach little venice and abbey road via short walk. Maybe there should be some instructions on how to increase the central heating temperature. This is important especially on extra cold nights. The mattress in the first room (on the lower bunk) can be thicker for better comfort.

• Jonghaur (6/5): An acceptable stay with not much comfort. - Checking in was easy, the key was in aan number locker. Location is near the Underground (Metro) station Maida Vale. When we arrived the washing/dryer machine was still on also the smell because it was on was not pretty. Though the smell was away when it was finished. If you ask me it is a bit strange to arrive like that. For the rest the appartement is just what you need, not much comfort. I would say a good stay if you are with friends, not with your girlfriend/wife. But on the other hand this was also one of the payable option in Londen.

• severa (2/5): Place that feels shabby and unsafe in good location. - Location. Hosts were responsive. The property felt insecure. Damaged front door and frame (from a break in with crow bar?) couldn’t be double locked from outside. The property was not well maintained even though previous reviewers have noted safety concerns and issues like broken shower attachment. Also, as before, laundry had been left in washer. There was a dirty pan in the kitchen cabinet (I myself decided not to use the kitchen at all). The stairs leading up to the property can be tricky and are not well lit. I honored two requests from the property managers: one for boiler guys and another to deliver letter. After a weeks stay, the property could not accommodate a one hour extension to my stay bc the cleaners were apparently scheduled. (I sat on curb for an hour waiting for my taxi and no cleaners showed up.) I would not recommend this property. It is poor quality. When I raised the issues with the managers after my artuval, they said they would address them after my stay. Please note that I rarely give negative reviews.

Polite and prompt respons from Booking.com's Customer support, allthought too slow adjust malfunctioning amenities. Well functioning wifi and tv. Choosing this appartment requiers high attention to malfunctioning amenities, such as water leakage, broken window frames, laundry machine. Insufficiently maintained apartment from the early 80's. Uncomfortable bed in the smaller bedroom, as also been reported by previous guests. The cleaning personell was still cleaning the appartment when we arrived allthough we had advertised our arrivall two ours later than the earliest possible. They spoke no English had starten a several hour laundry washing cycle which wouldn't finish before our arrival. A extensivly leaking shower hose took more than 72 hours to change. The waste management in the area was not explained to us and it seems to function poorly, judged by the number of waist bags and containers left on the stairs of the buildings but also on the side walks.

El horno muy sucio así como el microondas y la tostadora,. Lo salva la ubicación ya que tiene el metro.en nada.
• Joakim (6/5): - Läget, området. Personalen, vi fick respons och hjälp så gott det gick. Vi valde lägenheten utifrån att den hade tvättmaskin och vi ska tågluffa 2 veckor till. När vi kom var maskinen full av blöta handdukar och lakan. När vi provade att använda den stannade den mitt i och vi kunde inte öppna den. Nästa dag hade det varit någon på plats för att fixa den vilket inte lyckades. Till slut fick vi ut vår blöta tvätt och fick packa ner våta kläder i ryggsäckarna.

Unsafe, unclean, and it's the same host as another problematic listing - Nothing I had to book Air Con – Cute 2BD flat 1 Min Maida Vale Station last minute after my original reservation at another property named "Portnall Studios – Maida Vale!" had to be refunded upon arrival, as the host at Portnall Studios only had one studio available, despite my confirmed booking for two. Unfortunately, I only realised after rushing to secure alternative accommodation that this property was managed by the same host as Portnall Studios. I immediately flagged this with Booking.com and asked them to cancel the second booking, but I was pressured into proceeding with the check-in despite raising valid concerns to booking.com customer service. As feared, the problems continued. The entrance door looked completely damaged, like someone had broken into the property recently. The lock we were supposed to use to secure the property was completely stuck and unusable, the floors were sticky, and the property itself looked tired and nothing like the photos. The stairwell was littered with rubbish bags and old items piled outside the door, not exactly a welcoming or safe environment. I had to leave the flat late at night with my elderly mother and find a third accommodation, which cost nearly twice as much due to the hour (10:30 PM). The host responded initially but has still not taken any action or issued a refund, despite my repeated attempts to resolve this. I'm still waiting for a refund and have been forced to escalate the matter. Please avoid both properties. They are mismanaged, unsafe, and unworthy of the prices charged. I’m disappointed Booking.com allowed this experience to unfold and has yet to step in decisively.

• Sergiy (9/5): Nice and safe stay not far from London center - The flat was great and met our expectations. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Easy to get to from Underground, there are some shops in the are, and a nice park just around the corner (it says a sport center - but it is also a park). Internet was great, comfortable and all you need. We enjoyed sitting on the sofa and discussing the passed busy day and relaxing a bit. We loved the are - safe, not a lot of people and cozy. The apartment was designed for a personal use by people. Which is fine - it gives a comfy flavor. But some people might consider it inappropriate, for us was not a problem that there are some parks on the wall in the hallway (if people live there - no way no to bump into it). The lower bad in the bedroom was a bit tricky to sleep on (I would say not the most comfy one) but for our older kid it was fine. Among all things I would point that the shower head holder is at the edge of being broken - it holds for now, but I was afraid it might get broken anytime. Maybe also a simple coffee machine would be a nice addition in the apartment.
