• Robert (4/5): A nice clean spacious property but not in tourist location. - The apartment is spacious, well maintained and quiet outside. It is on the 2nd floor of an 8 floor building in a smart neighbourhood well connected to the metro system; there is a lift and a concierge on duty throughout the day. The bed linen was clean and the beds comfortable. The property is equipped with the bear minimum of toiletries and extras - there was no washing up liquid nor sponge, no kitchen paper towel, no welcome-pack of any kind; only one of the two bathrooms had a usable shower as the other one did not have a cubicle or curtain, the balcony had no tables or chairs and was clearly not meant for use. Access to the apartment was possible only by following the property manager’s video that demonstrated how to retrieve the door key via a small key safe located in a nearby shrub - most bizarre. The property manager was not there to welcome you nor to say goodbye at departure - a person who preferred a hands off style of property management. We were never provided with directions of how to find the property nor the locations of local supermarkets and restaurants. The property’s location was good for metro link with two stations just a short walk away but miles from the city centre - thank goodness the Milan metro works super efficiently and is cheap once you have cracked how to use the ticket machines. There are few restaurants and bars in locality and the whole local area is mainly commercial and/or residential.

• Vanessa (9/5): Great choice for a comfortable Milan stay - Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment located in a nice building in a good area of Milan. Great to have kitchen / laundry facilities too and 2 x bed and 2 x bath. Large living room. Responsive property manager. The self check in instructions were a little confusing. The video was great but it would be handy to say there are actually two different lifts and to take the left one when entering!

• Nael (10/5): Exceptional - very spacious and clean apartment, located 5 min walk from City life, near Red Metro line. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhood.
• Lorena (10/5): Perfect apartment for work trip in Milan - Very convenient location as it was 10 min from the Convention Centre at City Life, nice apartment, spacious and in a quiet area, close to the metro, and well organized and clean! The host was very responsive and communication with him was great!
• Gabriele (8/5): Spacious - Nice apartment and great having two bathrooms. Building is nice too. Very upsetting that I made one small request (to join the two single beds to form a double one) and this request was almost immediately denied saying it was not possible. After having arrived in the apartment, the single beds were clearly movable so it shocks me that they were unable to accommodate such a tiny request. Such a shame everything else with ok.
