Critical Maintenance & Safety:Old Gas Heater: It failed (Error E2) upon arrival, leaving guests—including children—without hot water for over 24 hours until it was replaced. Safety Hazard: The unit was visibly dirty and lacked proper maintenance, with the exhaust duct missing a safety clamp, posing a carbon monoxide leak risk. Plumbing: Sinks and drains were clogged, causing water backup and a persistent sewage smell throughout the stay. Physical Hazards: We found loose light fixtures, a detached door stopper that caused trips, and a plastic bulb melted inside the BBQ grill. Deficient Cleaning:Initial State: There was dust everywhere and hair from previous guests under the furniture at check-in. Outdoor Areas: External tables and the balcony were delivered dirty with soot and dust.Recleaning: We had to request a second cleaning just to use the apartment, and they only wiped the floor. Management & Support Failures:Bureaucratic Check-in: The pre-check-in system was faulty, and they demanded sensitive documents via WhatsApp, ignoring LGPD best practices. Incorrect Information: The provided Wi-Fi credentials were wrong. Communication: Responses from the support center were slow after business hours, even in emergencies.Infrastructure: Both the access TAG and the garage gate remote were defective at the start of the stay.

• Stefano (7/5): Ótima localização - Localização excelente, prédio bonito, seguro e bem novo. Apartamento amplo, com uma boa sacada com churrasqueira, 3 suítes grandes, chuveiros muito bons a gás. Combinamos o check-in com os anfitriões as 15:00, ao chegar lá entrei em contato e me disseram que ainda não estava pronto pra entrarmos, tivemos que ficar aguardando até as 16:00. Tem duas vagas de garagem no subsolo, boas, mas pra carros muito grandes como caminhonetes é meio complicado de manobrar. Faltou um pouco de atenção aos detalhes no apartamento, faltava sacola nas lixeiras, poucos talheres, luz branca por tudo, nada agradável. Um dos banheiros estava com um cheiro muito ruim. O apartamento tem um potencial enorme, pois é muito amplo, moderno, mas sentimos que faltam esses detalhes que fazer a diferença na hospedagem.

• Maria Sol (10/5): Hermoso y amplio apartamento - El apartamento era muy cómodo y amplio. Mucha privacidad, especialmente porque tiene un baño completo en cada habitación. Tiene 2 espacios de cochera, la cocina está muy completa y el edificio es muy bonito. Recomiendo sin duda reservar. Lo único que mejoraría son los elementos de cocina, en vez de tener varios elementos pequeños sería mejor que haya algun elemento más grande, por ejemplo ollas, ya que de querer cocinar para 6 personas es complicado con varios elementos pequeños
