Segundo (1/5): I never had a experience like this, our room wasn’t part of the resort ☹️ - The picture it’s look beautiful of the resort . The carped is dirty. The bed , the mattress was horrible, my back was so sore , the spa wasn’t working. And we get to our room and open the door , not even was ready ☹️

Denise (9/5): Very relaxing and exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you - View of the ocean from balcony. Liked the games room, gym and heated indoor pool. Great location with beach across the road. And great to be close to the start of the Torquay Park Run. I liked it.

Matthew (7/5): Nice venue and location. Aircon needs cleaning. - Nice and close to the beach. Great cafe nearby. Good facilities (pool). Aircon hasn’t been cleaned in some time and the dust was causing us hayfever most of the stay.

Sharon (6/5): Pleasant - Resort is lovely. Room was like a basic hotel room with minimal facilities. Apartment style or a room with at least a little table or couch would be better. Very basic room for the price
Maya (6/5): great location although staff too stuck up to even say hello - the pool looked nice although too cold to swim. good location dirty shower, mould on the skirtings. dirty carpet and walls. furniture falling apart and the hotel had a funny smell to it
