• Robert (4/5): Stay away - Good location. I booked a place with an air conditioner and this didn't have one. The TV never had reception. The bed was terrible as were the pillows. The place was old and run down.

• Yaron (7/5): Very central and convenient but could do with some basic improvements - Great location, nicely decorated, on-site parking, cosy. Instructions from the agency were good. Cobwebs on the doors and windows on the outside, says it had air-conditioning but doesn't, pots and pans damaged, communal BBQ is covered in cobwebs and dirty, couches are full of black marks. Being on the ground floor with passers-by meant the roller blinds didn't give one the choice to partially open them. Many of these things have been called out in previous reviews and appear to have been ignored.

Couldn’t connect iPhone to the smart TV
• Cheryl (9/5): Had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the unit. - The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is located in a great area, close to eating places and the beach. Unfortunately the front of the unit was littered with dead leaves and windows had cobwebs.
• Julie (10/5): - Quiet area, not from to travel for anything Leaves built up at door, need door mats outside the doors and inside, otherwise dirt is everywhere. Also no air-conditioning though states it's air-conditioned, heaters and fans in unit.

• Kate (9/5): Great Accommodation - fantastic location, nice and clean, great value - Location was fantastic - across the road from the beach and a short drive to everywhere else. Accomodation was great and very clean. Pool was good too. BBQ at the facility was dirty so wasn't able to be used - no fault of accommodation host. No Air Con and it got quite stuffy inside on a hot day. Fans were provided which helped a bit.

• Umme (5/5): Passable - Location Host was not communicative at all. The property supposed to have Air conditioning but it was not. Cooking pans and tools wear so rusty and not in good condition at all.

• Anne (10/5): Amazing accommodation - Wonderful property so clean and fresh though it was a bit stuffy when we arrived but fans did the trick We were lucky that it wasn’t very hot while there but we still had all the fans on. Suggest that they install air conditioning, fans wouldn’t be that great on a really hot day

• Debra (8/5): Very good - Beds were comfortable. Good Shower. Good Location. Big Couch uncomfortable to lay on. Kitchen chairs to low and flimsy for old people. No dishwasher or Dryer or Air con or Reading Lamp. Bbq dirty and No Gas.
