• Sophie (5/5): - There is no booklet anywhere telling you how to use the facilities, there is ZERO fire safety or instructions! I stayed here with a 5 year who has autism so fire safety and instructions is a must. There was no plug for the bath and the shower was not attached to the wall so couldn't use either. There was stains on the sheets and no oven mits. Very disappointed
• Brenda (5/5): - Close to areas we wanted to visit It was okay. I slept in the lounge on the sofa bed and I found it was not as comfortable could do with another mattress to make it more comfortable. The property was clean inside needed a bathroom met though.
• Omabchour (9/5): Good flat - We really enjoyed with our children The flat was calm, clean, well equipped, close to a tube station, with parking, close to a children's playground, ... Some small details like : bedroom windows are locked, toilet sit is very narrow, the flat needs some refresh in general but it was OK

La estación de metro mas cercana estaba a 7 min andando pero para llegar al centro de Londres tardábamos más de media hora y al estar en zona tres, nos gastábamos en transporte alrededor de 10 € al día. No me gustó el suelo enmoquetado, daba sensación de suciedad. El baño necesita reforma, lavabo muy pequeño y espejo pequeño y muy alto. Por otro lado, la ducha tenía un chorro de agua muy potente.
• David (10/5): Spent the weekend in london for iron maidens 50th anniversary tour so this place fit the bill as its a short bus trip to - The location was excellent for what we needed. Bathroom needs updating.
• Anthony (7/5): Manageable considering the location, but the staff communication was very poor. - The location is nice but the property is not as clean as it looks in advert. Poor communication of staff. I requested for COT but none was provided. I risked allowing my toddler to sleep on the adult bed which she almost fell down from the bed around 2am. Kitchens tap doesn’t bring out hot water as it was spoiled and they refused to fix it.
• Sinaed (8/5): Convenient location - Great location as the property was right next to the bus stop that takes you directly to the excel center. The bedroom and living room were nicely sized. Had trash bags and toilet paper. The bathroom is severally outdated. Moldy and large broken mirror in bath/shower. Pull out sofa in living room is very thin and you feel everything. Also called because was given no information prior on how to access the building.
• Jon (9/5): Lovely secure apartment in Plaistow. - The apartment was clean, with an easy check in. The secure parking was a great bonus. The location was very good only a five minute walk from the tube. There could be a couple of additions in the kitchen. E.g. a washing bowl. But that's is just a minor grumble
• Simon (8/5): Comfortable flat - A comfortable flat with nice kitchen. Good transport links with a tube station nearby. The shower head needs an attachment to fix it to the wall, so you don't need to hold it in your hand. I couldn't get the key to open the padlock for the car park, so left my car out on the road.

• Jade (10/5): Lovely apartment great stay!!! - What a great property. This lovely flat is in a gated community with a very helpful concergie. The apartment was clean,spacious had everything we needed as a family. The host was very helpful i had a few questions and always came back with a helpful response. Beds were extremely comfy Daughter loved the egg chair.. nice touch. Area had everything you needed. Would definitely book to come back again!
• Scott (4/5): Not great - The bed was nice and the sofa bed. Bathroom shocking, taps awful, nowhere to hang shower head, hot and cold intermittently. Non-existent support from person who owned property, messaged him about issues but didn't reply. Shall not be returning.

• Adalberto (7/5): Convenient but with some improvement - Location was fair from London city centre bed and sofa very comfy and very spacious kitchen Basic items missing (shower gel, bed sheet just duvet), shower scaffolding should have been fixed but after all was functional; dirty laundry from previous booker still there and hard to locate new and fresh towels

• Simerjot (10/5): The perfect stay for four people at an affordable price. - Everything is great; the room, kitchen, and bathroom are spacious. A fully equipped kitchenette is available, with free parking. We arrived an hour early, and the owner allowed us to check in.
