• Unai (10/5): - Habitación confortable con una cama muy comoda .. aire acondicionado. Las instalaciones son amplias ,con cocina y una buena terraza en la azotea La ubicación es perfecta, Bonito barrio Tailandés con buena gastronomía en la zona . Cerca del centro comercial Rama 9 y BTS Sky train . Sukumvit está a 10 minutos en moto y ,25 a pie. Todo perfecto, lo recomiendo!

• Leticia (1/5): - This is badly advertised on these photos and the owners are very dismissive.I am not picky at all, but these are literally prison cells. The rooms are extremely small, no windows and somehow we hear the traffic loud and clear. The walls are extremely thin, I even heard my neighbor sigh… The « bathroom » is on the floor just where the stairs are and there is not roof on the shower and toilet, so a very bad smells came from it as the garbage fills up. The room I was in was truly suffocating and as I asked to leave earlier, the owner insisted that they could absolutely do nothing for me and to contact booking, but booking referred me to the owner again. They were absolutely dismissive and refused to have an once of understanding, as the rooms are poorly advertised. I have never left a bad review, but I could not not talk about this experience.
• Nkosi (9/5): Almost perfect!! - What I liked The location is perfect. There’s no need to cook because there’s plenty of cheap, healthy Thai street food right outside, including fruits and mixed vegetables. You can easily get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There’s also a 7-Eleven and KFC nearby. Bigger malls and shopping centres like Fortune Town and Rama 9 are within walking distance from the guesthouse. The lady cleans the whole building every morning. She doesn’t speak much English, but it’s enough to get any assistance you need. I would definitely stay here again. What I didn’t like You can hear people talking in the other rooms because the walls are made up of ceiling. That was the only downside for me, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

• Cameron (8/5): - Good clean room. Good air conditioning. The girl was Burmese, she spoke no English and she was the only staff there. The shower upstairs was broken and the toilet didn't flush well. I had to go downstairs. The fridge in the kitchen didn't work.
• Toko (9/5): - スタッフ親切で最高、部屋は十分、スーパーも駅もコンビニもショッピングモールもすぐそこ。 屋台も目の前に並んでる。 安いのにベッドはきれいで、エアコンも問題無し。 Wi-Fiはたまに切れるが、階層毎にあるので、他の所に繋げれば大丈夫。 電源コンセントも4つあってむしろ過剰。 共用部の清掃も潔癖症や日本レベルを求めなければ、十分で困る事は無かった。 洗濯も歩いて一分もしない所にコインランドリーが合って楽。 1〜30日程度の滞在にはかなりオススメ。 客層に問題あり。ハズレ客と同時期に宿泊すると、騒音、バスルームの衛生悪化、トイレットペーパーが無くなる、長時間のバスルーム占拠等の問題が発生する。 ポットや電子レンジが使えるか分からなかった。冷蔵庫は無い？（あっても共有） 何ヶ月も泊まるのには設備と部屋の広さ的に向いて無い。 タイの気候的に仕方ないが共用部に蚊が多い。

• Arno (9/5): - Location is superb, conveniently near MRT and Fortune Town + Central Pra Ram 9. Each morning the care taker cleans the communal bath rooms, linen and towels can be replaced if you stay more than 2 nights. Sharing a building is sometimes a bit noisy but this was acceptable.

The property admin was kind and welcoming and also allowed me to extend my checkout by 6 hours without any additional costs!

• masa916 (7/5): コスパはいいですよ。 - 地下鉄の駅まで歩いて10分ぐらい。市の中心部でロケーションもよく、ホテルの周りに屋台やコインランドリーがあり生活はしやすいと思います。個室でエアコン付きでこの値段ならありかな。チェックインアウトも最初は戸惑いましたがある意味これの方が便利なのかもしれませんね。 安いから仕方ないんですかユニットのトイレとシャワーが共有です しかし施設内に4か所あるためどこかが空いてるでしょう。

• Pamela (7/5): If you want a clean bathroom with a ceiling this ain't for you - The room by the window is 10x better than the ones without. It was depressing to stay in that windowless hole, lucky I was able to move to a room with a window, which also came with a table, the next day. Not many guests are here which is good. There's a microwave, kettle, utensils on the ground floor common area. I stayed here for two weeks and the bin in the ceilingless bathroom was only emptied once. It was smelly. The whole place is just not clean.
