As janelas do quarto sem varanda vedam mal e com as chuvas ocorridas na noite de 6 para 7 de novembro entrou água no quarto. As janelas não isolam bem do vento.
• Gracia (10/5): Todo perfecto - Me encantó de verdad todo ok limpio la ubicación perfecta exquisita muy seguro todos muy amables y el anfitrión siempre preocupado, nos dejaron subir y hacer check in antes, demasiada buena disposición. Ojo que tengo una amiga que reservó en el mismo edificio pero con otro anfitrión y le canceló el mismo día que llegó así que recomiendo reservar con Vieira.

• Buttini (10/5): Excelente lugar y ubicación.24hs recepcion - Súper bien ubicado en pleno Leblon; mucha seguridad y en el centro de muchos restaurantes muy interesantes. A pocos metros de la playa. Y a 6 cuadras de Ipanema también y del shopping leblon. Si bien debería haber pileta, fuimos avisados que estaba en reparación en tiempo y forma (incluso hubiéramos podido cancelar) pero fueron muy transparentes y frontales en el trato. Todo realmente bien.

• Valerio (5/5): The apartment was poorly maintained, cluttered with outdated items, and in need of a full refurbishment, with uncomforta - Location and view from the apartment The apartment was in poor condition, with numerous outdated items that should have been discarded. The kitchen cupboards were cluttered and filled with very old and unusable items. One of the king-size beds consisted of two single mattresses that did not fit the base properly, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The living room floor still had visible tape marks where a rug had once been secured, but the rug was no longer there. Overall, the space was disorganized and neglected, showing signs of wear and tear. For the price being charged, the apartment is in serious need of a full refurbishment.
