Guest Reviews
- Mrs suvimol (10/5): - The host, Klaudia , she very lovely and very helpful. We arrived early and parked the car before checking in. Klaudia even reserved the parking space for us, and then we could jump on the train to central London.
- Jeni (9/5): - Comfortable beds. Well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 nights.
Convenient to central london and to get to the coast and countryside. Direct trains to Gatwick. Klaudia is very responsive to questions and sent very detailed instructions and updates. She also took an interest in our trip and activities.
Is good to be able to take our dog. Klaudia has done everything within her control to make it a comfortable stay. So no complaints.
- Shenell (10/5): Amazing. Would definitely stay again. Super accommodating. Really homely. Super responsive. - The location of the property was super convenient for my stay and was close to everything I needed. It was also easy to find, Klaudia made that very clear, also providing videos and pictures. She has really prepared for every scenario, if you was to forget anything and I mean anything - Klaudia has it on hand. The property was super clean and fresh. Everything was perfect and I expect I will return! Also noticed it's also really accommodating for children. Thank you :)

- Judit (9/5): Price-friendly small flat with an amazing host and good location. - Klaudia was extremely nice and helpful, every information up-to-date. The location is very good, close to Norwood Junction, peaceful neighborhood. One of the rooms was a bit noisy (upstairs neighbor, street noises).
- Laetitia (10/5): -
- Natascha (10/5): Excellent stay. The apartment was spotless, you can see the host has put thought into the apartment with a high chair re - Great location not too far away from train station or central London is a 40 minute drive.
- Ana&Andrei (10/5): - It was a WARM place. In a city where it's cold in all the apartments, here was warm and pleasant. there are 3 small rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a tube equipped bathroom. Due to the high prices at restaurants, having a real kitchen and a local food shop opened till late just nearby is very useful.
The host is so kind and helpful. really tried to make our stay pleasant.
The apartment was clean, silent, and with more than enough space for the 4 of us.
And so very important in winter time, it was very warm.
The beds were comfortable and the furniture was modern.
All in all, it's a good place to stay in London. Thank you ! to reach central London you have to get 2 buses OR a train plus subway OR train plus bus. the average time to get there is 70+ min with 2 buses (cheaper) or at least half an hour with train and subway (much more expensive). So it's a bit longer than advertised. Advice: check trips on google maps from Norwood Junction to where you want to go for details on time and prices.
there are 4-5 stairs between the kitchen and the room where you can dine. doing that trip twice a day with plates and food for 4 persons might be a burden.
the pictures on the website are 100% real, but photoshoped. This gives you a less "wow" effect upon your arrival.

- Shirley (10/5): - I like the location of the apartment which is near train station so it's easy to go to the city and also how wonderful the host is. Klaudia is very communicative and easy to reach.
- Dominika (10/5): - Klaudia is an excellent host! Great contact with her through our whole stay. There were excellent transport connections between the apartment and central London. We also had direct train between the apartment and Luton airport which was additional bonus. The apartment was clean and had everythink we needed for our quick city break. I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone!

- Leendert (10/5): -
- Tomasz (10/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo czysty lokal i mega wygodne łóżka. Blisko do stacji metra i transfer do Tower Bridge faktycznie w kilkanaście minut.

- Daniel (10/5): -
- Rachel (8/5): - Close to transport and lovely take aways nearby. Apartment was comfortable and communication with host was great. There is no actual living space, the table and chairs are in one of the bedrooms. It didn't matter to us as we were out most of the time.
- Marc (5/5): -
- Shakira (9/5): Lovely stay with spacious rooms - Nice place to stay, spacious for london Outside area can feela bit dangerous after dark, but not host’s fault.
- Kikibelle (10/5): Perfect for famlies, will be statying again, thank you! - Host is so friendly, set up the rooms for our children exactly how we needed and had amazing comunication. We will be staying again. Bonus being able to park a large estate car in the parking space. Very clean, comfy beds, and had everything we needed for our stay.

- Katja (9/5): Very goog location near railway station to London Bridge, foodstore next corner, really nice and helpfull staff. Also ve - Loocation near public trasport, really heplful host😊
- Peter (9/5): If you’re looking for an apartment in this area, you can’t go wrong here - Host was amazing. She kept me up to date on the booking and shared videos on where the property was and how to enter. Can’t speak highly enough of her 😊. The apartment was also cosy and great for several people.
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (8/5): Very good - Nice, tidy flat, good size, the host super helpful. The area, though, puts us down a little, not very clean and not the safest at evening time. We should have read more about the neighborhood.
However, overall, a good staying.
- Carlos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neby (10/5): A lovely, spacious 3-bed flat in a quiet part of Norwood. The apartment gets great natural light, has a modern kitchen, - Everything was nice. Nothing
- Ramasubramanian (9/5): Superb -
- Dawid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (9/5): Superb -
- Neil (8/5): Very comfortable and pleasant experience, beds were comfy and the flat was very clean. - Flat was very bright and the host was easy to contact and sent videos over where the entrance to the flat was. The flat was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The flat is located on a busy road, police cars and ambulances were going past late at night and early morning. Nothing the host could do about this though.
- Gunar (8/5): Perfect base for our short family trip to London! - Very cozy and lovely equiped little appartment -
- Vinod (8/5): Gr8 experience - If there were extra electric heaters it would have been fantastic
- Nengah (10/5): Clean and close to a train station. - Place is as described. Close to Aldi and Norwood Junction train station. Only about 8 minutes walk. In a British neighborhood. The property fits very well for two adults and kids ages 12 and 8 years old. Klaudia communicates well and was always responsive during our stay. Thank you! The property is close to a relatively busy street corner and hence it could be noisy at times. But we were so tired from walking around and was able to sleep easily. Also noticed, power outlets close to night stand are not easily accessible.
- Danny (9/5): Superb -
- Iasmina (8/5): Very good - Very nice the apartment. N/A
- Ivette (9/5): Nice appartmet to sleep close to the city - Nice appartment not noisy, we sleept really well Kitchen esa too small but functional. We didnt use it.
- Maribel (8/5): Nice place. Klaudia is amazing - About the apartment. It was a confortable place. Nice for 2 o three days. The apartment had much details. It's a little far to the center. There are a few trains. Only there is a directly train from London Bridge. And it is far from the Gatwick airport.
- Shing (9/5): Cosy and Good for family of 4 - The beds were comfortable. Most importantly the unit is dust free and looks clean. Tho the unit is kinda small for 3 bedrooms bur its just well enough for tourists as they spent most of the time outside. They have private space carpark for free and fhe amenities at that area have many shops and restaurants. The oven. I have to clean it myself and yet the stained and rust are too much. Hope that the owner can replace with new 1.
- Morris (8/5): Very good -
- Emad (10/5): I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay. - I had an excellent stay at this apartment! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to shops, and public transportation, yet the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful at night.
- Farid (8/5): Very good -
- Libin (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Not far from the metro, the apartment is clean, warm and big with many small touches. The host is extremely nice. Good value for money Would benefit if there were some basic things like a sponge to wash the dishes or a shampoo. We came for 2 nights only but had to buy these ourselves. Also one of the beds is very squeaky
- Manuela (10/5): I booked this place for my brother and his boys. They came brim Germany to watch a football game in the area. I wanted a - Beautiful appointment, all you need. Everything was great
- Birute (8/5): Very good - Clean apartment, with everything You need in it. Not far away from train station, shops are near here. Very noisy from the street.
- Jon (10/5): Great value for money, very comfortable and great communication - Clean and great value. Very comfortable Nothing to dislike.
- Moreen (10/5): Very comfortable apartment nicely decorated & in good condition - I did not have breakfast
Location close to shops bus stops & train station N/A
- Syeda (8/5): Very good -
- Isobel (8/5): Very good -
- Lazhar (4/5): Could have been better if the loud alarm was off. - Nice cozy and clean. The property is on the first floor of an old closed business that has a loud alarm beeping preventing us from sleep. Two rooms also facing a busy road like you are sleeping on the street. Need also blinds to prevent light coming in. Unsized curtains installed are not well fitted. Potential slippery metal stair going up and down.
- Vignesh (10/5): Exceptional - Near the railway station
- Aurélie (9/5): Nice apartment close to London - Apartment meets expectations. Communication with the host is very fluid. Proximity to transport very appreciable Fairly busy road
- Ben (10/5): Better than expected. - The apartment was better than described. Perfectly clean and perfect for a family stay without the price tag. A really good pub just down the road with a good family menu, sainsburys local and tesco express a stones throw away. Nothing negative to say as was better than described.
- Sayali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marleen (10/5): Exceptional - Klaudia was very friendly and helpful. Even a late checkout wasn't a problem. She's a perfect host👌 Nothing was disappointing.
- Robin (8/5): Great stay, would highly recommend and use again - location for us was great, short walk to tube station, within 30 mins in central london. we found the bed in the second room a bit small for a couple as we kept falling together in the middle. on your own a great sleep:)
- Jason (10/5): Very happy with the accommodation , Klaudia was very friendly, very happy overall - Very clean , location was perfect, nothing to fault Nothing , all good
- Urooj (10/5): Exceptionally equipped - This apartment has everything you need. You are welcomed with tea and coffee. Apart from that kitchen also has other basic things like salt butter etc. Importance has been given to small details for example first aid, kitchen towel etc.
The living area (dining table, TV and sofa) is merged with one of the bedrooms and kids loved it. Both rooms have TV. We didn't use the third room that served perfectly to keep our luggage and stroller.
It's super clean.
It takes 10 mins with direct train from Norwood junction to reach London bridge. A grocery store open 0700 til 2300 is just a few steps away. ATM also just there. Lots of eating places nearby.
The neighbourhood is helpful (we got fixed stroller tyre puncture with their help)
Klaudia is a great host. She responds promptly and tries her best to provide timely help.
We will book it next time also. If you are a light sleeper, the bedrooms close to the road won't work because of people chatting and cars. But the third room is quiet so we were happy.
- Jana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is only 5 minutes from Noorwood Station and within 20 minutes you are at London Bridge. Quiet and safe location. The apartment has everything you need. Free parking is a bonus. Klaudia always responded quickly and was very helpful. We liked everything but I would recommend more knives in the kitchen, maybe a tea kettle and at least one wardrobe in each of the larger rooms. It would improve the overall impression.
- Isobel (10/5): Great location. Great communication from host. Comfy bed. Very clean! - It was really clean; the location was great; the communication from the host was spot on, including videos to show us exactly where to find the flat and keys. She also left milk, tea and coffee, biscuits etc in the kitchen which was much appreciated.
- Monika (8/5): Very good. Highly recommend. - Very close to underground station. Very clean. Everything what's needed was there. Coffe, tea, cutlery etc. Hair dryers, iron.
- Gareth (10/5): Wonderful property, just what we needed - So easy to find, off street parking when we arrived, clean and cosy Nothing!
- Sarah (10/5): A lovely London flat - It was the perfect location for visiting the sights of London. It was great to have free parking and to be a short journey by train to the centre. The flat was spacious and homely. What stood out the most was what a wonderful host Klaudia was. She was very quick to respond and went above and beyond. We will definitely be recommending this property to our friends. Nothing.
- Michelle (9/5): Great find - Clear instructions from owner. Well thought out space. 5 mins walk to the train line, Norwood junction . Plenty of space. Tesco and Sainsbury's within a few mins walk. Petrol station opposite . Tube map on the wall. Good quality tea and coffee. Good toilet rolls. Clean. Slippers were a nice touch. Would stay again. Nothing really everything was well set up. If I had to put something there was no sugar with the tea n coffee. Also in the room with the high single bed it would be better if there was a flush light on the ceiling. There is quite a bit of rd noise because you are on a main room which a light sleeper may struggle with. The back bedroom was quiet.
- Owen (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the location and the flat was super lovely and clean and the kids loved it
- Boby (5/5): Passable - Landlord klaudaia was responding well with queries.bathroom is clean.Hot water always available Bed rooms are quiet noisy at night ..hard to fall sleep. Apartments is cold .not much spacious and clean like pictures…30 mints to London bridge .it is far
- Chelsea (5/5): Passable - The shower was powerful And it was a little bit clean probably not the cleanest place I've stayed in but was standard. The beds were comfortable Free parking was good And convenient . There was no front room so you had to watch tv in The bedrooms there was a One seat sofa and that's it in one of the bedrooms so no living room so was a little bit awkward I wasn't aware of this before booking.
The dinning table was in One of The bedrooms which you wouldn't usually put a dinning table in a bedroom but we made do for two nights
I wouldn't say I would stay here again I wouldn't recommend
The washing machine wasn't good as there was not a dryer so that was very disappointing
The main problem two of the bedrooms is near a busy road with a Petrol station across it you can hear the cars and motorbikes all of the night my friend didn't get much sleep because of this unfortunately very noisy.
Wifi was pretty slow too
- Liu_kor (9/5): Superb - The communication with the hist went very well. We were informed about the details regarding the location, keys and facility.
Apartment was very clean and cozy.
- Miriam (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, Klaudia was very nice and very kind! Everyone loved it As discussed with Klaudia, maybe to get body shower and shampoo.
- Samantha (8/5): Very good - Close to convenience stores and Norwood Junction No separate living area
- Junior (8/5): Very good -
- Olanrewaju (10/5): My best time in London … it feels like I own a nice property … comfortable and clean - The cleanness of the apartment was fantastic … the rooms and kitchen is very good… the bed is excellent … strongly recommended …. You get your money worth Location, parking, it is nearness to bus stop and easy access to Norwood junction train station. The kitchen is very clean and the stove is clean, kitchens apparatus is clean… The bathroom is excellent… The flat screen tv works fine with a cable and Wi-Fi connected …. The place is better than 4 stars hotel compared …. We love it
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olushola (9/5): Superb -
- Rajeesh (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and home feeling Nothing
- Ariel (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (10/5): Clean Spacious Friendly - Very Clean and spacious The only thing is please watch the videos they send to your WhatsApp , but I dealt with a lovely lady that sent everything in 1 sec after I spoke to her on the phone
- Bella (1/5): Bad -
- Megel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Meyer (8/5): Very nice place to stay - Great communication with a host. Very well equipped. Clean apartment. For us it was perfect location as we need to get to central London and Croydon. No disturbing neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay here. We can definitely recommend. We couldn't open the sofa bed and the bunk bed was a bit too small for an adult. But it wasn't really big issue. We managed to sleep comfortably.
- Sophia (9/5): Superb -
- Chaminda (8/5): Good little place need to change some entrance doors - It’s a beautiful interior with highly appreciated owners kind cooperation. Be careful two Portland 106 in London same city but 1 hour travel distance. Alert with right postcode.we missed due to our negligence.
- Sridhar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Giuseppa (8/5): Nice place at short distance from Central London - Apartment was very nice, fully equipped and beds were quite comfortable. Walking distance to all amenities and train connection to Central London was great. I would surely recommended as we had a nice experience.
- Jane (6/5): Convenient for visiting family - Clean
Car parking & easy access No separate sitting area
- Dennis (8/5): I enjoyed my stay in this large quiet apartment. Close to a direct train into London Bridge station - For a London apartment it was large and very quiet. For the most part it was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. You can't have a warm relaxing extended shower as the steam sets the alarm off. Also one has to be careful frying foods as another fire alarm will go off (the neighbours must have loved me). Also, while the kitchen was well equipped, I didn't find a baking try, so I had to make a tray out of tin foil, of which I had to buy.
