Local neighborhood Most complicated shower ever: 3 different water jets (2 cold water and 1 super hot). The house is indeee older than it looks in the picture.

• Hanh (5/5): If you don’t mind the general “run down” of the complex for the location…. - The location was convenient for where we wanted to go The pictures in the brochures only showed the room facilities, which is fair. The room was comfortable enough with bed and sofa /aircon and good internet connections. How it does not show the outside view from the terrace, the passage way & surrounding areas and how to find it ( it is in a run down complex of residential apartments).There was water dripping from the ceiling onto the bed side table which bounced onto the bed which meant a very wet corner of a bed ! The Owner did offer a 10% discount for the “technical issue” but made up for it by extra cleaning charge!

• Kaiho (8/5): Nice experience. - Good location. Rather than staying in Ho Chi Minh City, you can experience living there. You will have a washing machine, so it's OK even if your suitcase is small. You have to supply hot water from the shower head to the bathtub. The bathtub takes 20-30 minutes to fill with hot water.　While you can experience living in a typical Ho Chi Minh apartment, the facilities are outdated. • Steven (7/5): Good - Facilities like washing machine, tv and air con work very well. The area is fantastic to walk everywhere. The price was very reasonable. A lot of ants, could've done with a thorough clean, in the microwave, the bathroom floor, etc. The shower wouldn't stay on the holder but we just held it to use. Although the area felt safe enough, the only security was a padlock on the door.

• Emma (10/5): Home away from home in HCMC. - Great location, has everything you need for a stay in HCMC (I was there one week and it felt like home). Great communication and friendly assistance. I highly recommend staying here.
• Roj (8/5): cheap (but good) accommodation for a few days - - great location - spacious & quiet (except for the rooster in the morning) - good price - a no-fuss owner - the appartament is a bit run-down (but it wasn't a problem for us), with a little bit of a musty smell - the equipment is a little hit&miss (i.e. only 1 ceramic mug) - there were ants running on the floor (but I think it's the price you pay for an appartment in this location)

• Owen (9/5): A great place to stay in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. - I loved how central the apartment was! I was able to walk and take public transportation to everywhere I wanted to go, including from the airport. the host could have been a bit more proactive about reaching out with things to do and places to eat in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Malgorzata (9/5): Superb - I loved the coziness of the place. It was in the city center, walking distance from every place I wanted to go to. The building gives you an authentic experience. The room was clean.

• Wenny (10/5): Beautiful apmt in central location - The location is super central. Its right in the middle of everything. Lots of good restaurants in the area. There is a 7/11 nearby. The apartment is clean. There is a clothing line outside so its really convenient to dry clothes. The interior design of the apartment is done up really tastefully. Toilet paper was not provided. I was confused with vietnam’s floor system. So, room 24 is on L2 which is the third floor. First floor is called ground floor. So anyway, walked one whole round on the second floor before video calling the owner who then direct me to third floor.
