- Rosa Ana (8/5): Ubicación excelente - La ubicación es excelente. Estaba limpio y la nevera fue muy útil. Las instrucciones de acceso que se suponía iban a llegar por correo, no lo hicieron, y fue un poco confuso el proceso para encontrar las llaves. Me parece que las 16h es muy tarde para entrar y las 10 muy pronto para salir. Estas condiciones tan restrictivas no son habituales en los hoteles. Si llevas equipaje, no hay dónde depositarlo hasta que entras, algo bastante incómodo. La cama no era muy cómoda. Aunque había cafetera, no había cápsulas, con lo cual no nos sirvió de nada. El perchero tenía los tornillos flojos. Hubiera estado bien disponer de jabón de manos en el lavabo.
- Ive Boogaerts (7/5): Andere verwachtingen - De studio is heel ruim met veel licht en de ligging is perfect om Dinant te verkennen. T.o.v. de studio is er een Carrefout wat heel handig is om boodschappen te doen. Deze is elke dag open vanaf 7u30. Er staat een kleine frigo waar je wat eten en drank in kan bewaren. Eerdere reviews spraken allemaal heel positief over de gastvrouw en het ontbijt. Helaas verliep bij mij alles nogal onpersoonlijk via standaardberichten op het platfor en een self check-in met een sleutelkastje. Van een ontbijt was er ook nergens sprake. Ik vond het bed niet erg comfortabel met een te zachte matras. Voor 2 personen zou het bed ook te smal zijn geweest. Jammer dat er in deze studio niets voorzien is van bestek of flessenopener. Ik vond dit nogal vreemd omdat er wel een kleine frigo was voorzien en ook een waterkoker en koffiezet. Met een kleine set bestek en wat borden zou het wel fijn zijn om hier te kunnen ontbijten.
- Stewart (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment with a great location. - We liked the price and the location was excellent plus we felt lucky that it was available the day before when booking.com said it was not typically available. It was bright and spacious and had comfortable furnishing that was shown in the photos. The area was beautiful and there were bakeries and grocery stores were very close by. It was useful to have a refrigerator. Not much. Be aware that it is on the top level and accessible by staircase only if that might be a problem for you. It would have been great if we could've dropped our backpacks off before checkin like some other places we have stayed but the system is not set up for that, oh well.

- Guido (8/5): Recommended spot to stay in the center of Dinant. - Nice cosy spot to stay. Very clean and hygienic. Easy to contact the owners by phone. With the keys 🔑 you can come and go as you please. In the centre with a shop to buy any food and drinks.

We liked our one night stay there and haven't got anything negative to say. I would like to add though that because of thestairs it would not be suitable for someone with poor mobility. Also I didn't see a fire escape but I didn't ask either. I would certainly go back if I had to stay for one or two nights.
