• Eileen (5/5): Get What You Pay For! - Location and affordable - I got what I paid for in a major city. I had been avoiding this review but kept getting reminders!!!! Firstly It was hard to locate, so I had to call the owner as there was no communication on how to access the apartment- very frustrating!!- as it appears a private apartment complex - no information about facilities in the apartment or where to access the bbq, pool etc as advertised. Apartment extremely cluttered - 2 mattress under bed, click clack fold down couch to sleep 2 plus the 2 beds- appears caters upto 8 people in a 2 room appointment . Dirty dishes in the dish washer, dishes in cupboards were dripping off water as no one dried them Shower dirty, kitchen dirty, oven trays filthy - floor stained and Crotty. . View photos...

• Shanan (8/5): Very good - Only downfall, I stayed there with my daughter, sister in law and 2 friends. There was only 1 key between the 5 of us, this was EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Bit to small for 5 adults.
• Michael (3/5): Seems like dodgy off the books stay. I wouldn't recommend or would stay there again - Location to where I needed to go. Heart of city 1. Not receiving any direction or information from host. 2. Host ability to speak English was absolutely terrible 3. Someone else had to call and explain how to find parking location. 4. Was told could check in at 2pm. 5. When we arrived. The cleaner was in the room at 3pm. Very awkward 6. Place smelled like old food possibly. Hallway smelled like urine 7. Lots of stains on furniture and carpet. ( which I can understand) 8. Just an absolute terrible check in experience. 2 people having to explain how to check in. Shouldn't be difficult 9. Had to pay ID to pay for parking. I suspect trying to avoid paying tax on it . Should have been included in booking.com price.

• Jocelyn (6/5): 3 day stay - - Amenities like pool, sauna and gym were awesome and had access to two buildings which had different pool and gym. - BBQ area too - Staff and security were friendly. - Owner let us check in earlier than 3pm and check out 11am which was nice. - Bathroom and fridge nice and clean. - Pet friendly. - Location was amazing - Apartment had a lingering smell from element which we couldn't wash off. - Couch and carpet had stains throughout. - Balcony was a little cluttered. I would recommend professional cleaners for the carpet and for the element to get rid of lingering smell.

• Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - It was in a very convenient location. Easy instructions and had a lot to offer. The apartment was tidy, but there was pink mould and a footprint in the shower. The toilet seat was up, dishwasher had dishes in it and one of the beds looked like someone put their head on the pillow. The sliding door to the balcony also does not shut completely.

Value for for money Too compact Privacy was compromised Bathroom had no hand towels or face washers Was told key would be in lockbox, but had to call host as box was empty. Twice people called on intercom; second person was aggressive - no doubt has us mixed up for someone else.
• Chai (8/5): Pleasant - Very central with good transport. 3 double beds. The pots and pans could be cleaner, not desirable to be used. Sofa is far too light, will shift if not too careful. Too much clutter in the balcony.
• Danielle (5/5): Very uncomfortable with the host being in the room cleaning after 1.5 minutes - The location is great The host wasn’t ready when we supposed to check in he was still cleaning the room when we came in and hour later and still in and out 30 mins after that. Charged us for parking as extra ontop of the price very dodgy into his bank account. By the conversation we were helping him pay his rent.

• Helen (1/5): Didn’t stay , condition of car space and room. Disappointed. - Nothing After seeing car park and entering our room ,because of the condition of the room we decided not to stay there. It took 10 phone calls to host to get to our car park. Booked in for 3 pm , didn’t get to the room till 4 pm . Room still hadn’t been cleaned . He just would answer his phone . So disappointed.
• Michael (4/5): Disappointing - Location The couches had no cushions on the backs the bed I slept in was as if it was 2 bed bases and no mattress. The other bed was bad for the fact everything my mate rolled over his wife was raised into the air.

His manner was exceptionally helpful There were no negatives at all, property was beautiful exceptionally clean. Every detail has been carefully thought out and everything to make a guests stay pleasant has been attended to.
