- Otavio (10/5): Excelente custo-benefício. - Da localização que favorece o deslocamento em horários que não sejam de pico, para quem está de carro ou de aplicativo. Imóvel muito bom. Uma vista maravilhosa. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente, seja de dia, seja de noite. Não tem nada a ver com a hospedagem; mas os acessos ao bairro de Ponta Negra pelas entradas principais está um horror, engarrafa com muita facilidade. Se perde muito tempo. Melhor fazer um caminho maior e caminhar por outras rotas mais tranquilos.
