• Fizzzzz (4/5): Never again... - The flat is in a good location, just few steps away from the Metro and a busy shopping area. The location is however calm and silent. The host was very kind and extremely helpful on solving the several problems we had during our short stay. The apartment was filthy... no other words, filthy. Chunks of dust on the ground, mold in the shower and the bathtub, greasy pans, dishes and unspeakable spots on the sofa and the duvets. The small tv was continuously glitching, which was very annoying. The dishwasher and the washing machine share the same socket, so to operate one you have to disconnect the other and in order to do so you have to move the washing machine from a quite narrow and difficult place. The dishwasher had the water outlet disconnected, which resulted in the flood of the apartment. Many many many wrong things... the kettle has an hole in it... the electric coffee machine activate itself randomly if left connected... missing tablecloth... etc etc... for the same price you can get far better, newer and nicer properties in the area... Overall a very poor experience which i would more or less tolerate if the apartment was at least clean...

• Niket (9/5): Superb - Really nice place comfortable to stay especially in regard to approachability it was clean and spacious and perfect location to the city centre. Only thing really was the lounge area did get hot but was not a bother as we were out most of the day. Any other issues we had were resolved in no time!
• Federico (8/5): Very good - Great location. Cafes, restaurants and metro station close by. Apartment had 2 bathrooms which is great for a family of 5. Some minor things didn’t work but were fixed after we told the apartment manager.
• Osman (9/5): Superb - All that you need is here. A comfortable stay with the necessary appliances. The check-in process is a bit complicated but well explained before the arrival.
• Victor (7/5): Overall it was a great experience. Getting in and out of the apartment is generally good. - Location was generally safe. We arrived at 12midnight and we walked from the train station to this apartment for about 15 minutes. We are a family of 6 (10 and 8 years old being the youngest). We have back packs and 3 medium luggages and navigating/walking on the road from the train station to the apartment is not that bad. Overall it was a great experience. Host responds to messages in acceptable timeframe. They sent you a phone app where you can lock/unlock the doors which is very convenient. You need to have a wifi or internet connection to use the app. When you get to the apartment, you can use their wifi if you don't have mobile internet in your phone. The apartment is on the 2nd Floor of the building. The bath tub was leaking. The leak was coming from underneath so we couldn't use it.

• Alan_cathy (7/5): Overall we thought that the accommodation was located in a good position but confusing access. - Convenient to Milano Centrale Station, local restaurants and fairly spacious. Comfortable living areas and spacious bedrooms with two bathroom facilities - great for us as we had three people. The property access was very confusing and would be very difficult for someone without a smart phone or older persons. No guide to explain how various appliances worked and could not have more than one appliance on at a time - e.g. air conditioner and washing machine.
• Celiana (10/5): Great host, affordable and clean - Property was really clean. Near a metro station, grocery store and cafés. The host was so helpful, very responsive and was so welcoming.
• Maryam (8/5): Very good - The kitchen was well equipped. It had all of your needs. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was good, 15 minutes walking to central station. I don't like these two little things, except these, every things was so good and worthy. The elevator was too small, and it needed a key, so if you are more than 3 persons, it could be a little complicated. At the arrival time, you should use the Internet to open the door of the building, if you don't have Internet, the apartment WiFi doesn't work in the street.
• Ana (10/5): Totally recommended! Perfect place to stay in Milan, close to the station. - Beautiful property! Totally recommend it, close to the station. There was 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for all. Open plan kitchen living room which double as a bed.

We were not able to find the key for a while The lift needed the key to operate and hence we had to carry many of our heavy luggage through the stairs Not only that, the towels looks dirty and have been used. And there are quite some residues in the tap water.. We were provided a webpage to fill in guest information. The passport upload line at that foam was optional so that we didn’t upload our passport initially. The second day, the host said we had to upload right away or else she would call the police… we were kind of confused by this remote system maintaining an apartment for guests. Things are way too confusing.

• Petra (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is near to Central railway station, and you can easily reach everything with public transport as well. We spent a few days with a couple of friends here and everything was perfect!.

It has a balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard. I will 100% book this apartment next time when I am in Milan. I truly recommend people to rent it, it is very convenient. Nothing

• Iuliia (9/5): Great comfy appartment! - I was travelling with a friend of mine. The apt us really spacious and was perfect for 2 girls. Each of us had her room, her own bed and also bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary cutlery and kitchen utencils. There is a coffee machine for coffee lovers. The street and the view from the balcony is really nice. There are 2 Conads within easy reach and several rests nearby. 30-40 minutes walk to DUOMO or 15 min ride by metro. The apt is close to Milano Centrale, so I can highly recommend it to those who would like to make one day trips to the cities around. The host of the venue, Ms. Paola was very helpful during the whole stay. You can only use the elevator with a specific key. In certain cases it was not comfortable. Still, it is quite easy to get used to it.
• Suzanne (8/5): Great flat, shame about the locks. - A great apartment in historic block . Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and dishwasher. nice quiet road with good cafe and a family pizza place. Pleasant and helpful owner. The locks and key set up is complex and the three of us each thought that the set up was not user friendly, The front door and flat are operated by a link accessed on your phone. The instructions were fine but it still took me quite a while to get in the first time. My error in not reading that you needed to twist the lock twice after doing the whole phone link thing . It wasn’t intuitive to me at all , especially at night in the dark. The system also assumes you always have a working phone and one day I didn’t. The need for a charged phone disrupted our day and caused unnecessary stress. Also to work the lift you need a key and that is inside the flat so you have to climb the two flights of stairs first. An unnecessary inconvenience when you have luggage, both at the beginning and end of the stay. Personally I would have preferred a lock box with keys to the flat and lift on the ground floor.
